Which beaches in Sharjah to choose - paid or free?

Sharjah has only three beaches and is a relatively small emirate with only 16 km of coastline. All beaches there are public, i.e. open to free access. In my article I described them in detail.

Accordingly, there are no paid beaches in Sharjah at all. But many tourists consider private beaches belonging to private clubs or some hotels to be paid.

In my opinion, you first need to decide on the format of your vacation - either it is a quiet beach vacation in solitude and distance, or an eventful vacation with shopping and walks in the center of Sharjah. In the list above, I specifically indicated which beach each hotel is located on.

I did this so that I could decide which Sharjah beach to settle on:

• Al Khan- the most tourist beach is close to the city center and most of its attractions, which can be reached on foot, and the bus station is also relatively close, from where buses to Dubai run until the night;
• Al Cornish- more calm beach, even wild in places, with little infrastructure nearby, you can get here on foot from the center of Sharjah in 20-25 minutes, or by taxi in less than 10 minutes;
• Al Muntazah- the most remote beach on the border with the emirate of Ajman, the walk to the center of Sharjah will be long and hot, you can get there by taxi, but you won’t be able to travel back and forth all the time, people go to hotels on this beach for a secluded vacation.

The second important criterion is, of course, the cost of a hotel stay. I also indicated the room price for one night in the list above.
