I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows for in accordance with a given algorithm, searching for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and Tour Operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement - for the purpose of issuing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to consulate of a foreign state, resolving claim issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).
I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.
I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.
I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.
I agree that the text of my consent to the processing of personal data, given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, is stored in in electronic format in a database and/or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the above provisions and I take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.
This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be withdrawn by me at any time, and insofar as it concerns a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person by sending a written notice to the Agent by mail.

22.07.2019The main thing: do not take a standard room. This is a kennel without windows (okay, there are loophole windows, but there is a wall 15 cm from them). We paid extra 500 baht per day for the room sea view. (You can get a 10% discount.) The food is disgusting even by Thai standards. Noodles, rice, sausages, ham, scrambled eggs, coffee with dry cream, cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon and bananas. Everything is low quality. But the location is great! Lots of shops, cafes nearby and the beach across the road.

05.07.2019I chose the hotel based on its good location. Indeed, everything is within walking distance, breakfast is monotonous, but everything is delicious. Noisy air conditioners directly above the bed, no insects were noticed. The staff speaks Thai and English, is polite and ready to help. I was satisfied with my vacation!

09.03.2019We stayed at the hotel from February 26 to March 7. The overall impression is an ordinary three. The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. Across the road is Karon Beach. The beach is great with crispy yellow sand. Since ultraviolet radiation is very aggressive, we always tried to be in the shade. We didn't take sunbeds and umbrellas; they were paid for. They sat perfectly on their towels. The only slight inconvenience of being located under the trees is falling leaves, ants and birds, which once marked our towels with their happy presence. But the ants didn’t bite us, and the leaves were quickly blown away by the wind. So it’s quite good, although it would be better on the sand under an umbrella. But this was our conscious choice. The hotel lives up to its star rating. We arrived at 8 am, filled out the documents, left a deposit of $100, left our things at the reception and, after changing clothes, went to the sea. At one o'clock we returned, having received a key card for room 346. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a free safe, free Internet, electric kettle, 2 cups, 2 glasses, tea, coffee, sugar (they were replenished as they were used, like shampoo and shower gel). Electrical sockets a lot, they charged 2 phones, a tablet, a camera at the same time and still had some free ones. The room was not perfectly clean, but everything was quite tolerable. The room has a balcony overlooking the mountains and neighboring hotel. The inconvenience was that downstairs on the street the air conditioner was constantly running, the noise of which could always be heard in the room. But we did not ask to change the room, fearing that another room might have other inconveniences. A young man cleaned our place, changed bed linen and towels regularly, and washed the floor. Breakfast at the hotel from 6:30 to 10:30. And this is good, because the time difference is 4 hours and it is difficult to change directions right away. And so, everyone chose for themselves how much sleep to sleep and when to go to the sea. There was a shower attached to the side entrance to the hotel to wash off the sand after the beach. Breakfast was monotonous, but we were not hungry. There was toast that could be toasted, croissants, butter, strawberry jam. Cereals, milk, watermelons, fried eggs, beans in tomato sauce, rice with eggs and vegetables, local soup, sausages, ham, stewed cabbage, tea, coffee. The staff is calm, smiling, they don’t speak Russian. Overall everything was fine.

The hotel is good, visible only after renovation, clean, even has a water heater (this is usually important for girls). A small, neat hotel, right on the first line, everything about it is good, except for the strange layout, where some rooms have a balcony directly into the wall of the corridor of the hotel itself! But there are no other complaints, we only slept in the hotel and, in principle, the view from the balcony to the wall did not bother us very much, however, if this is important to you, find out and clarify in advance which room you will be placed in! This is Asia and hotel breakfasts here are nothing at all, so don’t even rely on them, but the hotel is very conveniently located and there is always somewhere around where to eat tasty and satisfying food! But in general, we were satisfied with the service and the hotel itself!

08.07.2018Excellent location of the hotel, everything is nearby. The service is good, the only thing is that the staff only speaks Thai. The room was ok, we had a superior one. Snow-white bed, everything you need is there, some cosmetic renovation would be nice :) Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. If we go again, we will most likely choose this hotel, the location decides :) Pleasant atmosphere, not counting the behavior of some Russian vacationers (shame on them). At night they were rowdy, yelling, breaking dishes, the matter almost got to the police, some were smoking right in the corridor. We tried not to pay attention to them and everything was ok :) Unfortunately, such vacationing neighbors can be in absolutely any hotel. A stone's throw away is the gentle sea, crisp sand, palm trees... a thrill.

31.05.2018The location of the hotel is excellent - 100 meters to the seashore. Nearby are supermarkets, various salons, shops. There are fruit markets. The street is green, the area is clean, pleasant, and despite its liveliness, it is quite quiet. I liked everything very much, especially the ocean and the beach. I recommend it, a very convenient economy class option.
Family holiday in November 2017My husband and son bought a ticket, namely to Karon Beach, Phuket Island (through Anex Tour). When booking, there was information on the Anex website that the hotel was undergoing construction work that would be completed on September 31st. Since we were supposed to arrive on November 2, we thought that this would not affect us. But a week later the information on the website changed and it turned out that construction work would be completed by November 15 ((. And since we already bought the tour, it’s impossible to change....
Having read reviews about accommodation with windows facing the corridor, we booked a Deluxe room. When booking, the airport was Phuket, but a week before departure we found out that the arrival would be in Krabi ((.
Flew on a company plane AZUR air. On our plane, the seat arrangement was 2+4+2. Where there are 2 chairs, there is 15cm more legroom than where there are 4 chairs, so when booking online, we successfully booked (thanks to our travel agency, namely Natalya). On the plane I was pleased with a gift in the form of a handbag containing an inflatable pillow + glasses + earplugs)). The stewards asked to save this for the return flight.
From Krabi to the hotel it took about 4 hours, with one sanitary stop, at some little spot selling all sorts of things at exorbitant prices ((.
We arrived at the hotel alone, at about 11 o'clock, check-in was only at 14, so we needed to spend time somewhere. At the reception they took a $100 deposit from us (when checking out, I saw that almost all other deposits were 1000 baht) and assigned us to a specific room. Even on the plane, I felt bad, I barely survived the transfer from Krabi, but I still had to wait a few hours ((. Since the room we were assigned to was designated, I went up to it. The door was slightly open, the room was ready. When asked to check in without waiting 14 hours (citing poor health), the young man at the reception named Sky did not react. I recommend a massage in the passage between buildings 1 and 2, opposite the dining room). I’m patient with this, but it was simply impossible to sleep because of the bikes without mufflers and the constant beeping). the only way out- bend 3 blades out of 4. The toilet is closed with a door made of slats, so everyone can hear you perfectly, as if behind a screen..... In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, they asked us to help us change our room. Guide Love helped - THANK YOU SO MUCH! We were transferred to a room with a balcony on the road between the buildings. The room turned out to be much more comfortable, but the water heater did not work. It was immediately repaired. The air conditioner is located on the wall, the blowing on the bed is tolerable, but we still covered it up by gluing it with tape that we brought with us. The bed is huge, very comfortable, there is an extra bed for a child. There is no clothes dryer. I had to tie a rope on the balcony. Fortunately, my health has improved and the long-awaited vacation has begun))
Beach towels are only provided at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. We took them, but never changed them, but used them as rugs in the room)). Cleaning the room is typical for Thais (who knows, will understand)... The living creatures in the room are ants.
The mood was ruined the next day when at the reception they shoved a bag with our pillowcases into our noses. There were stains from my hair dye and something else.... I washed them off without any problems, but the feeling that your underwear is being examined almost under a microscope is disgusting ((. By the way, I asked you to leave these for me until the end of the holiday pillowcases, because in the room there is only 1 pillow for 1 person, but I would have put them on the decorative pillows in the room - they didn’t provide them!!! Upon check-out, all the bed linen was carefully examined ((. The deposit was returned. Breakfast - terribly meager and tasteless (in comparison with Baumancasa hotels Beach Resort 3* and Phulin Resort 3*). You won't go hungry, but you won't get any pleasure either. The only plus of the hotel is its location (beach, shops) and good Wi-Fi. In the hotel, before entering, there is no provision for washing your feet off the sand (like in Baumancasa), so you had to take water with you.
We took a two-day excursion from Anex (1st day/mainland (rafts, elephants), 2nd day/islands). Liked. Everything was organized well, although on the way back we didn’t swim to the shore for 20-25 minutes. The boat ran out of gas... We hung out for about an hour in the open sea at sunset, waiting for help to come to us. Luckily the rain stopped and the sea was relatively calm. Upon arrival, an alcoholic cocktail was waiting for everyone - to calm down)).
There is no online booking for the return flight, but it is possible to buy more comfortable seats for $59/seat; we bought them by contacting our hotel guide in row 1 “A, B and C” and regretted that these were the places - there was no way to stretch my legs, except perhaps lift them onto the wall, but even so they also get numb. Only "C"'s legs could be extended, but into the passage towards the stewards. But we were the very last to arrive at registration (we already knew our places) and did not stand in a terrible line of 300 people, but sat and drank tea/coffee))
I would also like to say something about the flight! The plane was supposed to leave at 5 am, but we didn’t know from Krabi or Phuket.... There was no information about the flight at the reception! Not one day before, not later!....Your flight is your problem!.... I had to call the hotel guide, it turned out that our guide had changed! In the end, a new guide contacted us via Viber and told us what time they would pick us up!
In conclusion I will say that, because... I have something to compare this hotel with (by the way, on the Anex website it is 4*), I do not recommend this hotel for those who are not prepared for surprises in the form of: construction behind the wall, a balcony in the corridor, an unknown departure and the erasing of your stains on your bed linen ....
