Location
Ingekum is not a resort in the full sense of the word. How to get there
Geographically, Incekum belongs to Alanya. However, the easiest way to get to the resort is from Antalya, where the nearest airport is located (distance - 110 km, travel time - 2 hours). From there, you will need to take a bus or minibus to Alanya, and then transfer to dolmus, which goes towards the village of Avsallar.
Climate
Just like Alanya, Incekum is one of the warmest resorts on the coast. The resort is located in a subtropical Mediterranean climate zone. Attractions
There are no attractions in Incekum itself. However, not far from it are Alanya, Antalya, Side, which can always offer visitors an exciting excursion program.

Mahmutlar- one of the most economical resorts on the Antalya coast, located 12 km from Alanya. Due to the maximum distance from the airport (compared to other resorts on the Mediterranean coast, of course), local hotels offer the most low prices, even in season. Flights from Russia arrive at Antalya International Airport, from where tourists will receive a three-hour bus transfer. However, soon local authorities promise that there will be no need to travel long to Mahumutlar - 30 km from the resort, in the city of Gazipasa, construction of a new airport is being completed.
Nature:Unlike city hotels in Alanya, Mahmutlar hotels have large green areas, ideal for a relaxing and family holiday with children in Turkey. The beaches of Mahmutlar are mostly sand and pebble, in some places exclusively pebble, the entry into the sea is gradual.
The Dimchay River is famous not only for its picturesque caves, but also for its fish restaurants. And even if this river lacks the glory of Manavgat or Dalyan, this does not in the least detract from its merits. Dimchay originates in the highlands, near the ancient city of Konya, and then descends along the mountain slopes to the Mediterranean Sea. Locals claim that in the evening food prices are almost halved and sellers become much more amenable to bargaining. In addition, you can look into large shopping centers located on the road to Alanya - these are Alanyum, the familiar Metro and Kipa. You can pay there by bank card, Turkish lira, euros and dollars, but the exchange rate for the last two currencies is not the most favorable.
In Mahmutlar there is a nice park with flowers, fountains and benches, near which, along Barbaros Avenue, in the summer artists and craftsmen set up shop selling homemade souvenirs. You can buy pumpkin crafts, jewelry, clay plates, and knitted items from them. In addition, in the Mahmutlar area there are the ancient cities of Siedra and Laertes, with well-preserved mosques and Caravanserais.
Almost all Mahmutlar hotels are staunchly “middling”, and there is practically no point in choosing between them: they are the same.
Recommendations:Most of the Mahmutlar beaches are located across the road from the hotels; look for underground passages, as it is not safe to cross “on top”. The coast itself consists of pebbles of various sizes; some hotels add sand for their guests, but it washes out quite quickly. In general, the quality of the beaches is not bad; sometimes large stones or algae can be found in the water. It is worth keeping in mind that the “ancient coins” that will be offered to you in abundance here are in 99% of cases fake. Whatever price they ask for them. But, of course, it will do as a souvenir.

Divers who bought last-minute trips to Obagol will definitely like it here, as well as other lovers of various aquatic species sports: at the resort you can go surfing, sailing, ride water skiing. Okurcalar- one of the warmest regions of Turkey, located on the Mediterranean coast, delights its guests with a clean sand and pebble beach and a mild subtropical climate. This resort is the ideal choice for quality and inexpensive holiday. There are many hotels of different levels, not the most developed infrastructure, which means guaranteed peace and quiet, and reasonable prices. There is practically no entertainment in the village itself, so it is better to stay here for those who prefer to spend most of their vacation without leaving the hotel premises.
Infrastructure.And yet Okurcalar, although young, is an intensively developing resort. More and more new hotels are being built here, cafes and restaurants, shops are opening, so it will continue to gain popularity. Until this happens, you can spend a fabulous two or three weeks in Okurcalar at the most affordable prices on the entire coast.
Those who cannot imagine their life without buying souvenirs and noisy bargaining will like the fact that every Tuesday and Friday a bazaar is held in Okurcalar.
Okurcalar is the westernmost of the Alanya Riviera resorts, located 32 km from Alanya and 85 km from Antalya International Airport. Next door are the resorts Avsallar and Incekum. Behind the hotel area there is a highway connecting all these resorts together. During the season, dolmushi minibuses (3-8 liras) run along it from morning to evening.
There are no cultural attractions in Okurcalar itself, but there are two large resort towns nearby - Alanya and Side, where there is something to see. In Side - the ruins of the ancient city, a luxurious ancient amphitheater, the remains pagan temples. In Alanya there is a picturesque fortress on the mountain, the Red Tower and a lot of cute shops. In addition, you can go rafting, to the phosphorus cave or to the symbol of Antalya - the Yivli Minaret.
Okrucalar beaches although not the best on the coast, they are quite decent - sand and pebbles, with a gentle entrance to the water and very rugged coastline, so there are many bays and pretty bays here. The resort offers a lot of 4-5 star hotels, there are also a few “three rubles”, but they are in the minority. In Tosmur there is a well-groomed embankment, well-equipped sandy beaches, clean, with sun loungers and umbrellas, several supermarkets and many shops, cafes, pharmacies. Close to Tosmur is a famous mountain holiday destination in Alanya - Dim Chay. Locals and tourists come here for a picnic or to eat at restaurants.
Nature:Tosmur is surrounded by lemon and orange groves. The mountain river gives coolness on hot days; the water temperature in the river is only about 15 degrees. Tosmur also has a magnificent beach and promenade.

Turkler. The village of Turkler is located 90 km away. (2-2.5 hours by bus) from Antalya International Airport just outside the village of Avsalar. Turkler on the map is often designated as Incekum-Alanya. The distance to Alanya is small - about 20 km. In the past, Turkler was a real pirate lair, but now this is an excellent Mediterranean resort with the most reasonable prices in Turkey.
Nature:The beach in this place is sandy. The entrance to the sea is gentle and also sandy. Of course, there are small pebbles underfoot, but this does not spoil the splendor of the golden sand.
Infrastructure:In the village itself, a large shopping center was built, located in the very center of the peninsula. There are also several shopping streets with souvenir and brand shops, cozy cafes and restaurants. The city has a clinic and several local offices travel agencies, where you can purchase a wide variety of excursions. For children there is amusement park Sealanya. The territory of the establishment is quite large and occupies five hectares of land. The Sealanya Dolphinpark dolphinarium and the Sealanya Seapark water amusement park are located in this square. The Dolphinarium amazes with its originality and impressive size of the performance arenas. The show features several dolphins and fur seals who perform various tricks very masterfully. On the territory of the Seapark water entertainment park there is a clean beach, a children's entertainment area, several bars and restaurants. Among other things, the park has a green area with an enclosure where crocodiles live.

TOURISTS' ANSWERS:
Pammukale is located quite far from the resort area of the Antalya coast. Getting here by bus takes about 8 hours. For those who are interested in history and who want to see a unique creation of nature - the Cotton Castle, I highly recommend this trip. The cost for one day is $50 per adult, for children under 8 years old free, from 8 years old - $25. I chose a one-day tour, and my friends followed me on a two-day tour. The advantages are that you are not so exhausted on the road, and the programs are very similar in intensity and content. They were mostly taken to different shopping centers, because, as you know, in Turkey tourism and shopping are indivisible.
You can buy a tour from your guide at the hotel, or if you want to save money, you can buy it from a travel agency in your resort town. In principle, people rarely cheat these days. Unless, as was once the case with me, you end up in a group not with Russian-speaking tourists. However, you must be informed about this in advance, and either consent or refusal must be obtained from you. My friends and I didn’t refuse and we were given a separate Russian speaking guide. Therefore, we traveled as VIPs. But that's not what this is about.
Upon arrival in the Pammukale area, the excursion began with a visit to the ancient city of Hierapolis, or rather what remained.

The Pammukale region is famous for the presence of medicinal waters here, and Cleopatra’s pool is a spring with mineral water, the temperature of which is 36 degrees. I will say that being in warm water and small bubbles is not very pleasant. The guide warned that you can stay there for a maximum of 10 minutes, then it’s better to leave, otherwise you might feel sick. There are a lot of people here, everyone wants to get a dose of relaxation and recovery at the same time.
The bottom is paved with stones, there are also the remains of columns, so you should move extremely carefully, otherwise you can damage your legs and bleed. There is a small “nook” in the pool, there are fewer people there, but not everyone can swim there.
Then, according to the excursion plan, lunch. It is included in the price, but drinks are not. Therefore, to save money, buy water in advance and take it with you. I don’t really want to pay 1-2 dollars for a glass of regular water.
After lunch - hike to Cotton Castle. It was called cotton because the color of the cascade mountains (terraces) is white. Nature has been creating this miracle year after year, for millennia. There is water on the terraces. They beat here thermal springs which are known for their medicinal properties.
Shoes are removed before entering the terraces. I want to warn you right away that in some places it can be very slippery and you can easily fall, and even fly several meters. There are no fences here, so you need to be extremely careful. There are also very narrow paths here, and there are a lot of people. Therefore, I really don’t recommend going here with small children; it’s better to admire the beauty from afar, or not to go far.
ABOUT healing properties The waters of Pammukale have been known for at least 4 centuries. People come here specifically for treatment and spend a long time. During one visit, as we tourists do, there will be no rejuvenating effect from being in the same Cleopatra pool, even if you spend hours there, but it is certainly interesting to see such a creation of nature.
After the trip to Pammukale, the excursion continues. Tourists are usually taken in a row shopping centers. We visited a jewelry store and also a factory producing onyx products. We were shown the process of stone processing, its transformation into various types products that could be purchased immediately. These include vases, figurines, chess, and various figures. If you compare the cost, it is cheaper than on the coast. A good gift and souvenir from Turkey. In our country, the same things cost many times more.
Despite the length, I really enjoyed the trip. Pammukale cannot fail to make a pleasant impression. There is a lot in this area interesting places and they are connected with the name of Cleopatra, Mark Antony. By the way, Cleopatra's pool was previously part of the Roman baths and was a wedding gift to the great queen.

Manavgat is both a city and a river and the name of a waterfall. Manavgat is rightfully considered a resort area of the Antalya coast, but since recreation there is mainly on the river, it is somehow not interesting to stay there. But it’s definitely worth coming there for an overview, to get acquainted with the sights of this area, and also to take a break from the ever-soaring sun. This is an excellent opportunity to change the seascape to a river one, spend time in restaurants under the shade of trees and enjoy the taste of cacti, which local boys sell there.
As for the trip to the waterfall, the cost was approximately $35. The waterfall in Manavgat is not a natural phenomenon, but actually the creation of human hands. It was formed as a result of the construction of a dam on the Manavgat River. The length of the waterfall is about 40 meters, and the height is relatively small - 2-3 meters. The water here is emerald green.
There is a park near the waterfall. You can admire its other beauties. Wander through the narrow winding streets, watch local ducks swimming, or spend time in a cafe overlooking the cascading liters of water.
For some reason, all the tourists were attracted to cats. Unlike their relatives living in Russia, they have a triangular muzzle. It seems that the cats are the same, but no - they are different, foreign.
I recommend trying the cactus. They are sold right there in the park. Everything will be cleaned for you, so you won’t have to experience any inconvenience from the cleaning process. As the great Arkady Raikin said: “The taste is specific.”

The second, no less attractive and interesting, is an excursion along the Manavgat River with access to the sea. You are brought as a group on a tourist bus and transferred to the ship. This trip costs approximately $35-40 for an adult and $20 for a child. Lunch is included in the price, drinks are separately. But this rule applies throughout Turkey. Drinks are a business.

You can go to Manavgat on your own, for example, by renting a car. Since I had already visited the waterfall and the river, on my third visit I decided to visit the city of Manavgat itself. Third in size after Antalya and Alanya. There are also many interesting and remarkable places. The city's most iconic landmark is great mosque with five minarets.
It is interesting and educational to see something new, especially in a country like Turkey. It is rich in historical past and it would be bad manners to be here and not see this history, especially when it is so close.
