We visited six of them especially for the readers of the site: a bohemian establishment, a rock and roll pub, a bar with dancing on the counter - in general, a lot of interesting things. We talk about new establishments in Vilnius, take a look.

Bardakas

Cocktail bar in the heart of the Vilnius party scene, on Vilniaus g. 22. “Bardakas”, in principle, is somewhat reminiscent of the Minsk bar “Bardak”: original drinks, good music and nice people. However, the Lithuanian establishment is much larger in size than the Belarusian one. There are two floors in the bar: on the ground floor there are tables and a dance floor, on the ground floor there is a wardrobe and a restroom. “We are open from 17:00, so our establishment has a full meal. We prepare soups and homemade hamburgers,” says Bardakas manager. There is a table in the bar, with steps leading from the floor to the top: during the day they eat at it, and at night they dance on it. No, of course, you can order food at midnight, it’s just unlikely that you’ll be able to eat properly: at night there’s nowhere to even just stand in the bar, and you can’t even dream of free tables. Another feature of the establishment is a billiard table, where you can play pool and Russian billiards. The average bill for cocktails is 7 euros.

Piano Piano

To find this establishment, you need to look into the courtyard of the house on Vilniaus g. 33. The London bar will be a good landmark - you will see its sign and immediately look to the right: Piano Piano is located there. “We position ourselves as a bohemian establishment,” the manager began to describe the bar. Let’s admit, from an elite establishment we saw... We saw nothing. A small, interestingly lit room with cocktails for 6-7 euros, well suited for groups of girls who decide to spend an evening without men: the music is not very loud, you can sit quietly and chat about life. There is no dancing in the bar - there is no space, but they do provide food: judging by the reviews of guests, Piano Piano serves excellent Italian cuisine.

Lokstauk speakeasy

The establishment is located under the same roof as Piano Piano: the doors of these bars are located very close to each other, but their format is radically different. People go to Piano Piano to have a nice sit, and to Lokstauk to have a blast and have a good drink. The trick of this establishment is that no matter what you do there, no one will judge you. The entrance to the bar begins with a small room where there is a dressing room and a guard. When you go there, you do not see what is happening in the bar: the main room is hidden behind the doors. When you go inside, you are literally bombarded with loud music and noisy conversations of guests. There are two rooms in the bar: a dance floor and a room with a bar counter. We warn you that there is not much space in the establishment, so numerous guests sit everywhere: on each other, on the steps and the bar counter.

Uncle Sam's American Pub

Perhaps the most positive place in our selection. The concept of the establishment is simple to the point of banality and at the same time beautiful: burgers, drinks and classic rock and roll. The interior of the establishment is also pleasing: at the entrance, guests are greeted by a large toy bear, after passing which you see striped wallpaper, wooden tables and a bar counter, where everyone is closely watched by Uncle Sam - a fictional character personifying the rich in the USA. You shouldn't go to this bar hungry - the smell of food in the establishment is so wonderful that you won't even notice how you spend all your money on signature dishes. We advise you to save money for alcohol - the bar contains almost all types of alcoholic drinks that you can enjoy in Lithuania. Well, at night there is dancing there.

Mojito Nights

“What happens at Mojito Nights stays at Mojito Nights,” the director of the establishment told us and allowed us to photograph only the long staircase that leads to the basement of the nightclub. The bar-club opened about a month ago and has already become famous as one of the most exciting places in Vilnius. Usually young boys and girls under the age of thirty come there and do not deny themselves the pleasure of having fun and dancing.

In the summer it is especially good here; open-air parties and outdoor concerts are common. It's quietest on Mondays, which is quite natural.

Tarantino Club(Trakų gatvė 2)

This nightclub is not like other clubs in Vilnius - it's a little crazy, but very intimate. Retro style interior, large screen TVs and excellent sound system. The club hosts themed parties with mostly house and funk music. As for the guests of the club, you can see many rather stylishly dressed students here. On Friday and Saturday the club is open until 5 am, on Thursday until 3 am.

Tamsta Club(Subačiaus g. 11A)

The wide variety of concerts that take place attract a large number of guests. Some of the best open-air concerts take place here. In general, there are no problems with music here. Concerts here start around 20:00-22:00. That is, if you are looking for a place where you can listen to good music, have a drink and relax a little until midnight, this is the place. You can also have a snack here, although the food here is rather a weak point. The club is closed in summer. On weekends the club is open until 2 am, on other days until midnight.

Loftas(Švitrigailos g. 29)

The owner of this club is a famous Lithuanian musician. The club often hosts performances by quite famous musicians, performers and DJs, so this place can be called one of the best concert halls in the city. The place is big enough! There are also fashion shows, theater and dance performances, but still, the main idea of ​​​​the club is to create a space sufficient for a large number of people who can “officially” go crazy here during hot parties. By the way, discos are held here from Thursday to Saturday 22:00-04:00, but sometimes the schedule changes if some kind of event is taking place in the building.

Opium(Islandijos G. 3)

This recently renovated stylish club with a unique design of rooms and interesting, good music is the key to great parties until the morning. The club is located in the basement of the legendary restaurant "Briusly". You can always count on high musical standards here. The club is open on Friday and Saturday until 5 or 6 am.

Bars

Bix Baras(Etmonų gatvė 6)

This place is popular among metal and rock fans. This bar hosts numerous concerts and DJ performances. During the day, this is a place where you can have a fairly cheap lunch. The bar is located on three levels: the top floor is a restaurant, the first floor is a bar, and the basement area is a venue for discos and concerts. The club is open on Friday and Saturday until 5 am, on Sunday until midnight, and other days until 2 or 3 am.

Piano Man Bar(Islandijos g. 1)

This place has everything you need - a bar, a selection of beers, cocktails and other drinks, and most importantly - a piano, so there are often concerts here, and guests can also play it themselves (if they know how, of course). Local bands sometimes perform here with their concerts. This place is quite popular. It's quite difficult to explain what makes it so special. But you can assume it's a fun crowd, music program, professional bartenders and drink selection. The bar is open until 2 or 4 am.

Plum Bum Bar(Smetonos g. 2)

This bar is located outside the “party” zone of Vilnius. The bar often hosts DJs and live music (usually on weekends). Cocktails and beer are plentiful. The bar is open throughout the day for refreshments. Get ready to dance until the sun comes up on the weekends. You can also probably play table football here (very cheap, probably the cheapest in town!). Another point: this bar does not accept cards for payment, only cash. On Friday and Saturday the bar is open until 4 am, on other days until midnight or 10 pm.

Tappo D'oro(L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus gatvė 7)

The bar offers its guests a good selection of Italian wines and snacks. Located in the heart of the city, near Cathedral Square, this place welcomes its visitors with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. In addition to wine, you can try other drinks in the bar, of course. The bar isn't that big and is often crowded at night, so it's worth getting there early to get your order delivered quickly. The bar is open every day from 11:0 to 23:00.

Alchemikas Cocktail Bar(Islandijos gatvė 1)

This cocktail bar is located on a street where every other house has a pub, bar or some other type of entertainment venue. As soon as you enter this bar, it is immediately clear that this bar is quite different from its neighbors. They certainly know how to make cocktails right. The only thing identifying the bar is the green lantern outside. Follow the light and you'll eventually find yourself in a dimly lit bohemian living room with heavy satin curtains and beautiful rich chandeliers. Birthday celebrants are provided with special cocktails. On Friday and Saturday the bar is open from 7 pm to 4 am, on Wednesday and Thursday - until 2 am.

Lounges

Studio 9(Gedimino pr. 9)

The bar is divided into a cozy indoor space and a massive summer terrace. The lounge is known for its music events, concerts and good food at reasonable prices. Located on one of the main streets of the city, Studio 9 is a relatively new place in Vilnius. Here you can enjoy everything from jazz to electronic music. This is a great place for a Sunday brunch, especially since there are not many places in Vilnius that offer this pleasure. SkyBar Vilnius(Konstitucijos pr. 20 (Radisson Blu Hotel)

A new place in Vilnius, which immediately fell in love with everyone who is used to quality and proper relaxation. This is a restaurant-cafe where, firstly, the food is very tasty, and secondly, in the evenings they organize concerts and parties with DJs. "Blusynė" translated into Russian means "flea." This tiny wine restaurant was named after the owner's dog, who always greets guests. Flea is a great and very calm dog, so don't be afraid. In general, the cafe has a wonderful homely atmosphere, and they serve delicious cheese platters with wine.

The King & Mouse bar is located in a house where merchants, aristocrats and the most distinguished guests and residents of the capital had fun in the eighteenth century. In the nineteenth century, Napoleon had lunch and dinner here on his way to Russia. They say that these walls are imbued with the tradition of centuries-old fun; it is not surprising that today more than three hundred types of whiskey are collected here.

In the area of ​​Islandijos - Vilniaus streets all the best bars and clubs in Vilnius are collected. In the evenings there are always crowds of young people who migrate from the club to the bar and back. If you want fun and dancing, come here, you definitely won’t be bored. All bars are not alike, but they are all absolutely wonderful: go to the first one you like.

Everything is wonderful here: from homemade limoncello and other liqueurs, skillfully prepared by one of the co-owners and part-time designer of the establishment, to the names of the shots. “Little Chanterelle” and “Boyarsky” are a tribute to the owners’ native St. Petersburg. Everything here is in the best traditions of Vilnius, although the guys are offended by such a comparison - after all, they tried to do something not Vilnius. Judge for yourself: a cozy indoor courtyard that Monstro shares with two other bars, dogs are as regular as people, window sills equipped with tables. Everything is without pretension and very homely.

Prohibicija
Arklių g. 6

From Monstro to Prohibicija there are two turns, unless, of course, on the way you stumble over Šnekutis, which also recently opened in that very hidden courtyard. But if you do get there, you will be greeted with excellent craft beer. The owners, former bloggers and now bartenders in their own establishment, admit: “For five years we traveled in search of the perfect beer, and when we found it, we opened a bar.”

Elektrit
T.Ševčenkos g. 16B

Real travelers know well that they need to explore a city from the outskirts, only then can they truly understand it. Nestled among nondescript lofts from the outside, Elektrit once again proves that substance is more important than appearance. In the 30s, this building housed a factory for the production of radio equipment, the largest enterprise in the Vilna region (guess what it was called). And now here you can drink an excellent stout for € 2.5-3.5, have a snack, listen to an acoustic concert or hang out with a DJ set.
