Many tourists are scared of the United Arab Emirates in the summer, but not everything is as scary as they say. It’s not necessary that the thermometer will show +50 throughout your entire vacation, and even if it does, you can still have a great rest. The main thing is to properly distribute your day, then you will have fun, interesting and comfortable. The only advice is that in July and August, do not take small children with you, who not only have a hard time withstanding the heat, but also react to the temperature difference that occurs due to air conditioners.

The first plus is that you can buy a tour to the Emirates in summer very cheaply. The fact is that in this country, due to the sun, the flow of vacationers is greatly reduced, and the government is trying in every possible way to attract people. So, many hotels offer incredible discounts, and sometimes even pay for flights. This is perhaps a huge plus, because not everyone can afford a holiday in the UAE, but everyone wants to see the indescribable beauty of this country.

The second plus is air conditioning everywhere, so the United Arab Emirates in summer is not as scary as it seems. Every store and the aisles between them, bus stops, public transport, taxis, hotels, and all excursion sites are air-conditioned. They are installed wherever possible and necessary, so your movement around the city will not be painful. The only joy you will have to deny yourself is spending the whole day on the beach and going on an excursion to the desert. But don’t despair, there are many substitutes for these joys, and you can still visit the beach; it will be most pleasant after sunset.

Your trip to the Emirates will definitely give you unforgettable memories, because you can spend the whole day in local water parks, which have no analogues in the whole world. Pools with wons, extreme slides, artificial rivers and volcanoes, where many surprises await you.

The summer shopping festival, which takes place in Dubai, will allow you to make many profitable purchases, take part in competitions and sweepstakes, and also watch interesting concerts. If you wanted to go on an excursion to a mosque, museum or palace, no problem, any transport or room is pleasantly cool. So the United Arab Emirates in the summer is quite realistic and not tiring.

Choose any direction, a bus or car will take you to your destination, you will not have to walk anywhere, and accordingly you will be protected from the sun. If you are interested in seeing, for example, Dubai from above, you need to buy a ticket for a monorail train and enjoy the panorama. Also, do not forget that each hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and many other entertainments; even at night you can go crab hunting and thus enjoy your vacation. Having planned everything correctly on your trip, you will see the sea, the beach, excursions and be able to visit any interesting places.

Emirates in summer, autumn, winter and spring. Weather, is it possible to swim?

It’s warm here all year round, and in other months it’s even higher than +40 degrees. Most, almost 80% of this country is sand and desert. But the remaining parts are chic cities, unique buildings and new wonders of the world. Can you guess which country we are talking about? Yes, this is the Emirates, a country that is constantly included in the TOP 5 countries in terms of attractiveness among tourists. Let's talk about the best time to vacation in the UAE, what time of year and where. Let's look at each season, find out what the temperature is in the Emirates in winter and summer, find out when there are sandstorms and whether it is worth visiting the country in the heat of +40 degrees.

Winter in the UAE means the lowest temperatures.

When there is snow in Russia and there are severe frosts at night, the sun shines in the Emirates. Although even in this country, winter is the coldest time of the year.
In December there is no snow here, but the sun shines. The average temperature in cities is +26 degrees. The water is quite warm and not lower than +23 degrees. Sometimes cold winds blow, which make the temperature feel like +15, and then swimming is not comfortable, but you can sunbathe.

January is the first month of the year, and it is also the coldest in the country. During the day the temperature drops to +15 +17 degrees, and at night it can be +10. At the same time, the sea is warm, and there are not very many people who want to swim in it. The winds begin to blow stronger, often from the north, which lower the temperature. But still, in January there are many tourists in the Emirates; they come here for Christmas and New Year.

February is almost no different from January. The air temperature is from +17 to +20, sometimes up to +24, but this is closer to the end of the month. The sea is +21 +23 and some tourists start swimming in it. The cold winds are ending, and there is little stopping you from being on the beach. Although there are fewer tourists than in January, the holidays are over, and the weather is not yet very suitable for relaxing on the beach.

Spring in the UAE means both the beach and excursions.

March is already warm, and hot for some. The average daytime temperature is about +27 degrees, the sea warmed up to +24. With such indicators, the Emirates are becoming very attractive to tourists. Although not everyone risks swimming in the sea. Most often, March is suitable for shopping and excursions.

But April is the ideal month for a beach holiday. During the day the air warms up to +33, and the sea becomes gorgeous +25 and above. The winds are starting to blow again, but they are already warm and are pushing hot air into the region. Therefore, relaxing on the beach is becoming fashionable. Tourists are in no hurry to get out of the water, refreshing themselves in it.

With the onset of May, real heat comes to the country. The temperature does not drop below +38 degrees, and it is very difficult to be in the sun. The sea is not lower than +29 degrees, swimming in it is a pleasure. Just don’t forget to wet your head with water, otherwise you’ll get sunstroke. In May, tourists, for the most part, begin to relax in the UAE in the evening. After sunset, the long-awaited coolness sets in, you can leisurely walk, visit attractions or be on the beach.

Summer in the UAE – hot, hot, hot!

It is not worth visiting the UAE in summer. Even 70% discounts on vacations are not worth ruined health and a ruined vacation.
From the very first month the temperature soars to +40 degrees. At night the temperature does not drop much and remains at +31 +33 degrees. The temperature of the sea resembles tea, and you can get burned. The waters of the bay are warmed up to +33, and in some places up to +35.

July and August are like twins. Daytime temperatures are above +44 degrees, the sea is also +33 +35. It is simply impossible to be in the sun during the day. High humidity does not allow walking on the streets, and the scorching sun takes away the last of your strength.

In summer, air conditioning is available throughout the UAE. Even on buses they work at full capacity. This is another disadvantage of vacationing in the country at this time of year. Even after a short walk outside, you will be so wet from the humidity that when you enter an air-conditioned room, you will be cold. Visitors often suffer from sore throats and other diseases due to such temperature changes. Therefore, consider whether you should visit Dubai in the summer. The beaches here are empty, there are no people willing to swim. But tourists are also very willing to visit shopping centers. In summer, the cities of the Emirates become deserted.

Autumn in the UAE is very diverse.

Autumn in the country is very similar to our autumn - heat, rain, cold weather.
In September, you can still feel the recently ended summer here. Daytime temperatures often rise to +38, and nights around +29. But tourists appear on the beaches. Towards evening there are even more of them. Many people rush into the water to wash off the day's sweat.
October is very similar to April. The air is not so hot, around +32 +34, and the water in the sea is not lower than +27 degrees. This is a great time to visit the UAE for a beach holiday and excursions to the beautiful places of the country. But don’t be too deluded, it’s autumn and it’s autumn here. Therefore, at any moment the weather can present an unpleasant surprise for tourists.

Now you will learn one important information that will be very surprising. In November, there are 3-4 rainy days in the Emirates - and this is the rainiest month of the year in this area! Surprised? If you are not afraid of “such” amount of rain, then you can safely go on vacation to a beautiful country. Moreover, the air temperature during the day is about +31 degrees, and the sea will be warm and about +28 degrees. And if you get caught in the rain on the beach, don’t worry – the rain here is warm, and you’ll even enjoy walking under it.

Let's summarize.

If you want to relax comfortably on the beaches of the UAE, then you have four months to do this: March and April in the spring, and October and November in the fall. These months are the “mildest” in terms of climate in the country.
It is not recommended to visit the Emirates during the summer months. The air temperature rises above +45, and the water in the sea is about to boil, reaching +35. At the same time, air conditioners are running everywhere, and you can easily catch a sore throat and a hundred other diseases.
As for the winter months, they are suitable for excursions and shopping. You won't be able to swim in the sea; you can always swim in the hotel pool, please.
As for vacation prices, they are almost always the same. Only in summer there are discounts, since there are almost no tourists in the country. There are also discounts in the winter months, when sales festivals take place in the country, but they are not as big.

We just arrived from the fabulous country of the UAE, from Jumeirah - from the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa 5* hotel. I’ll start in order - Air Arabia flew from Kyiv for about 5 hours to Sharjah. The eye scan was done quickly. The Royal Park host met us right at the airport with a sign. When all the formalities were completed and we went outside, as soon as we entered the sauna, the hot and humid air immediately covered us. At 20.00 it’s already night on the street, like in Kyiv at 23.00. The receiving party gave all the women a rose. We quickly decided where to go and to which minibus, but we waited on the bus for about 40 more minutes until everyone got ready. The worst thing began when we approached Dubai and started taking everyone to their hotels, in the end, instead of 40 minutes (as we were told), we got to the hotel in 3.5 hours, hungry, exhausted, we were at the hotel at 23.30, so no The buffet line is no longer there. Having read previous reviews about the hotel, I knew that I could go to one of the 3 restaurants with a fixed menu instead of the buffet. It’s good that during this time the hotel still had Russian-speaking staff who helped us organize everything (albeit over the phone) - we were fed very tasty)). My husband and I were on our honeymoon - the hotel prepared a surprise for us, they changed our Deluxe room to a Club room (I recommend it to everyone - a lot of privileges). When we entered the room there was cold champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a greeting card - it was very nice...We just arrived from the fabulous country of the UAE, from Jumeirah - from the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa 5* hotel.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon - the hotel prepared a surprise for us, they changed our Deluxe room to a Club room (I recommend it to everyone - a lot of privileges). When we entered the room there was cold champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a greeting card - it was very pleasant.
All amenities are in the room, the bed is changed every day. Cover, spread. Every day there was fruit in the room - tangerines, bananas, apples, etc. Also, tea sets were replenished all the time - coffee, 5 types of tea, cream, cookies - these are all treats from the hotel. They also placed 6 bottles every day. water. As for bath cosmetics, they are not very good... after shampoo the hair feels like wood... but in the SPA they have super cosmetics, such soap, shampoos... aroma, quality, just the bomb.
As for food, the breakfasts are really monotonous, as many have written, although everyone will find something to eat. Fresh – orange, pineapple. Lots of fruits - papaya, pineapple, melon, watermelon, etc. Blue cheeses, soft ones, everything is very, very tasty.
At lunch, we took advantage of the club's privileges - we went to the lounge area for lunch, there were sandwiches, canapes, pies, tea, coffee, juice.
We visited Thai and Italian restaurants, everything was delicious... On the same club privileges. If you go to eat separately from the menu, then get ready to spend at least 100 UAH, everything is expensive, juice for example - 60 UAH minimum, beer 0.3 - 90 UAH, dishes also from 200 UAH, hookah 300 UAH on water.
The area is very beautiful and well-groomed. The towel is brand new - exchanged for cards. If you are too lazy to go to the sea, a mini-car carries you. The sea is super, the water is warm. We swam in the morning and evening. During the day we spent time near the pool, went to the gym and spa area.
In the evenings in the lounge area they offered free drinks - Hennessy cognac, Martini, Smirnov vodka and expensive cocktails and whiskey, in short, whatever your heart desires. The dinners were also excellent, especially on the last evening - crabs and lobsters, clams, mussels, a lot of seafood, meat, everything was of very high quality. Cakes, tiramisu, ARAB, SWEETS - it's full!!!
They tolerate the heat well... We went to the malls, the prices are also not childish - everything starts from 100 euros, you can even buy it cheaper in Kyiv.
We went on a sightseeing tour of Modern Dubai, we liked everything, but at the end we got a little nervous. Our inspection was scheduled for 18.30, having already arrived at the Dubai Mall, the guide says that there is bad news, the elevator (which costs 11 million) was stuck, so the inspection is postponed 2 hours later... Those. Those who will ride the boat will go on time, those who will not (and there are 11 of us) need to wait. Of course, we all started to protest, what nonsense, everyone has their own plans. Two sisters from Kyiv were the most active... one of the sisters went to the guards and found out everything. The guide just scammed us, we had to come up with such nonsense - the elevator was broken)). SO BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Otherwise, you may be left without dinner and walk around the mall waiting to get up for 2 hours. In short, we were on time thanks to the security in the Tower. Thank them very much.
The hotel is simply fabulous, I recommend it to everyone. Management is always ready to help. My husband had a sore throat, and an hour later the medicine was delivered to our room. At the end of our vacation, water started dripping from the toilet, we were immediately exchanged for a suite overlooking the ocean, fruit, champagne, all in the room, as long as we were satisfied. Since our flight was in the morning. I indicated breakfast at 5.10. Everything was brought to the room in a minute, beautifully preserved, a rose in a vase)).

Thank you Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa 5* for a luxurious vacation!!! More

We were in Dubai just in the summer. We really saved a lot. But we didn’t lose anything in quality of rest. In Dubai, everything is provided for a comfortable stay at any time of the year. All areas of public places, food establishments, and shopping centers are very well air-conditioned. I’ll try to tell you about those main places in Dubai that you can visit absolutely at any time of the year and get great pleasure from it.

The first place is the visiting card of Dubai - the Burj Khalifa tower. This is the tallest building on the planet and can be seen from almost anywhere in Dubai. Its exact height is 828 meters. This majestic skyscraper was officially opened on January 4, 2010. The construction progress took almost 5 years (the tower itself was commissioned on October 1, 2009). The main architect of this project was the famous American Adrian Smith. Burj Khalifa was built on the principle of a “city within a city.” This skyscraper is completely autonomous and is in no way connected with the city’s communications. On its area of 344 thousand square meters. Several levels of residential apartments, entertainment centers, extensive office areas and even boulevards and parks are comfortably located. There was also a place for the luxurious Armani Hotel here. The skyscraper has become especially popular among tourists because of its observation deck, located on the 123-124 floors. A very beautiful view opens up from here.

Near the Burj Khalifa tower, it is worth stopping by another interesting attraction of the city - the Singing Fountain. Today, this is undoubtedly one of the most amazing structures created by human hands. 25 multi-colored spotlights and more than six thousand simple lighting sources give this fountain a truly mysterious and magical image. In fact, they animate the jets that shoot from the surface of the water, reaching a height of 150 meters. Every day, several times an hour, the fountain dances and even sings for the gathered tourists absolutely free. It surprises with its graceful movements of water and quite powerful shots of water jets high into the air. The artificial lake itself, in which the Dubai Fountain is located, occupies an area of almost 12 hectares. The fountain stretches next to the Burj Khalifa skyscraper for almost 300 meters. At night, when all the spotlights and lamps fully illuminate the fountain, it seems even more beautiful and mysterious. By the way, the fountain is visible from almost anywhere on the lake and from all nearby buildings.

Wonderful shopping awaits you next to the fountain in the largest shopping center in the world by area - the Dubai Mall. This is a huge shopping and entertainment complex. Today it houses a full-size Olympic skating rink, an entire marine zoo - more precisely, the world's largest indoor aquarium, which is home to more than 30 thousand fish. This aquarium is included in the Guinness Book of Records. In this shopping complex you will also find numerous cinemas and many kilometers of shops and markets. The most attractive among them is the gold market, which embodies the traditions of the classic Arab market and always delights customers with its unique collections of all kinds of jewelry made of yellow, white and even rose gold, as well as a variety of precious stones. Adjacent to this shopping center is The Address Hotel, with 250 first-class rooms, 450 apartments and private parking for 14,000 cars.

While vacationing in Dubai, you can’t help but visit the famous Palm Island. Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago located off the coast of Dubai. The islands that form the archipelago create a kind of stylized palm tree design. The Palm Jumeirah is often unofficially called the "eighth wonder of the world." The artificial islands along the coast of Dubai were officially founded in 2001. Five years later, their planned development has already begun. The total area of the Palm Jumeirah island is almost 800 football fields, the length of the coastline reaches 520 kilometers. The main island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and the crescent, which protects the other islands of the archipelago from waves, is connected to the coast by an underwater road tunnel. At the time of its construction, the central island of the Palm Jumeirah archipelago was the largest artificial island in the world. Today, Palm Jumeirah is one of the most popular resorts in Dubai. About two dozen of the most luxurious hotels and grandiose tourist complexes are open here. The islands are surrounded on different sides by the warm waters of the Persian Gulf. This is a paradise for a calm, peaceful holiday by the sea. The Palm Jumeirah Islands are very attractive to divers from all over the world. Especially for the many fans of scuba diving, several artificial reefs were created around the archipelago, imitating real ones, and they even sank several old planes in order to lure travelers from all over the world.

And finally, visit Madinat Jumeirah - this is a real oasis of Dubai on the shores of the Persian Gulf. This is a real ultra-modern resort, which is essentially a whole city of the most luxurious amenities. In Arabic, Madinat Jumeirah means “the city of Jumeirah.” You will see how harmoniously canals, pleasant restaurants and an oriental bazaar, called Souq Madinat Jumeirah, coexist here. By the way, here are two of the most luxurious hotels in the Emirates, and a large number of villas for connoisseurs of the most exclusive holiday in Dubai. Throughout the resort, all guests are transported by numerous water taxis, which are made in the style of traditional Arab boats - “abra”. The largest shopping center here is essentially the market square of a traditional eastern city. Here you will find a water park, numerous swimming pools, a large spa center, a theater, and many opportunities for various sports. In general, you won't be bored.
