But on my first independent visit, I realized that this was not at all the case. Fortunately, they already knew what and how. The woman was so cheerful, she managed to do everything, tidy up, do housework, drink tea with us, go to town, and gather herbs. She put so many useful herbs for us on the road, we still brew teas! We agreed with her that sometimes she would cook for us using our products. And so she prepared food for others for a separate amount, but it turned out the same way as with us with food. Let me just say: cheap and cheerful! Housing was inexpensive too! Here's a resort for you! Well, what a delight! In general, as many times as I’ve been to Katkova Shchel, I’ve never seen, heard, or even read about cases where one of the locals acted dishonestly with vacationers! The attitude of the locals there is very good. It’s clear, they understand that this is their bread. Many owners of mini-hotels there have regular customers. We always walked to the beach very slowly, since my son always found something along the way, looked at insects, frogs and other living creatures that were full there. The journey took about 10 minutes. This is not long at all, considering our speed! The beach at Katkova Shchel is simply amazing! There are comfortable small pebbles there; walking on them is easy. Quiet people are relaxing on the beach. In principle, they go to Katkova Shchel to get him! In June the sea is slightly cool. Personally, we were in June and July. My son and I noticed that in July it is much warmer! Not far from the place where we lived, a river flows. So we periodically sunbathed on the river. There is a place where it is wide, and on the shore, like on the sea, huge stones lie. My son did all the research there. It’s sad, but on our last visit I noticed that he had matured, and he was no longer interested there, he already knew everything. Apparently, we will have to alternate and go to other places. If it were up to me, I would spend the whole summer in Katkovaya Gap! But, alas... In general, Katkova Gap is historical place! There were once wars there, and the memory of them has not yet faded. In the area surrounding the village there are dolmens, which we climbed up and down. Rivers flow with waterfalls, mulberry trees grow and there are mineral spring. Even pilgrims go to see him! It’s always beautiful and fresh there, there are no suffocating car fumes. My son doesn’t get sick there at all, even if he splashes in the sea all day! The beneficial clean air has an effect! When we got bored, we took the bus and went to Lazarevskoye to have fun. Here you could find any kind of entertainment - bananas, jet skis, tablets, water slides, mountains of ice cream and cotton candy. We ate up on sweets, swam in the sea, which, by the way, was not as transparent as in Katkova Gap, and went back! Katkova Shchel has become a kind of second home for us! There are no city worries and hassles, everything is so beautiful and sunny that you don’t want to return from there at all! I recommend it to everyone!
