1) When we booked the room, it was written that the distance to the sea is less than a kilometer, but in fact the walk to the sea from the hotel through Paralia is 2.7 kilometers (enter it in 2GIS). And then the same amount back. And you walk along these narrow streets along Chernomorskaya in the scorching sun, without pushing against the oncoming traffic, and the whole atmosphere begins to irritate you greatly. This hotel is not for lazy everyday walks to the sea, I think. Here it’s okay for young people to shake the fat, but it’s expensive for adults. 2) I consider the tiled steps in the hotel leading up to the room to be dangerous and slippery; they have sharp corners and are easy to slip. 3) I went out onto the balcony from my room at night (there was a room with a balcony) - there were spiders, cobwebs and dirt everywhere in the corners. This certainly hit the hotel hard. 4) It is written that bed linen is changed every 5 days - we rested for 8 days and no one came to see us even once. 5) There are no shelves in the shower and there is no way to put shampoo, washcloth, soap, or anything. And in general, everything in the toilet and shower is kind of flimsy, but it’s clear that people tried to provide amenities for that kind of money.

If there were any questions (rarely), they helped right away. 2) The air conditioner worked properly, but in the last three days there were sometimes problems with the blower fan and the air conditioner itself sometimes did not cool the room well, but this problem was solved by setting the temperature to the minimum. 3) The very location of the hotel, the room, the courtyard, the amenities, the staff, the service, all the accessories - I think they completely pay for themselves and even more. For that kind of money, so much is worthy. 4) Nice, fresh, clean rooms, which greatly affects your vacation. When we checked in, the floors were washed and even slightly damp, the air conditioning was already working and the room was so pleasantly cool. 5) The app says check-in at 13:00, but they called us on the day of check-in at 10:20 with a number ready for us and asked what time we should expect. 6) In the shared kitchen we prepared breakfast for ourselves every day (but when we booked, it was written that breakfast is included in the price, or I could be wrong). I liked that we were often alone there and there was no one around. There is everything: a large microwave, knives, forks, spoons, plates, mugs, tables, chairs, a gas stove and an oven (we did not use the oven). There is also an ironing board and iron. 7) There is a food magnet very close by (across the road) and nearby there are good shops with various pastries, barbecue and corn. 8) When I forgot the keys to the front door to the hotel courtyard, they opened the door manually and smiled welcomingly again. Overall the hotel experience for the money (we had 11,800 for two for 8 nights) is good and I would recommend this hotel with some caveats.

We vacationed in September 2017 in guest house "Alexandra" in Vityazevo. I’ll write it as it is, I’m tired of these false written reviews. It is not clear who writes them at all. I'll start in order. When you call you talk to some Natalya. Upon arrival, there was no trace of Natalya there. Some Marina comes out with such a dissatisfied face that you just really want to spit on her. She has such a disdainful look, she just behaves like a queen, and you are a cattle. On the phone I asked if you have a swimming pool, Natalya said yes. Upon arrival, it turned out that the pool was on the territory of another hotel. I asked what about the pool, they told me that you took a cheap room without a pool. Although we had a standard. They only have economy and standard rooms; there are simply no others. And when we booked, they only quoted one price. But oh well, no and no, although it’s not pleasant. This may be important to someone. Then we went up to our room, ours was on the 3rd floor. The room seemed okay, except that the air conditioner was broken, it only worked in fan mode, and believe me, this is nothing)) There wasn’t a single cloth or sponge to even just wipe the table or rinse a cup... of course, there was no toilet paper either , forget about soap altogether. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. The bed in the room did not have the best mattress, the springs were very tight. two bedside tables, a table, a TV (10 channels), a wardrobe, a small refrigerator, it’s all in good condition. And the balcony, on the balcony there are plastic chairs and a table, clotheslines and clothespins. Our windows looked out onto the courtyard. The yard is so unkempt and dirty that it’s just creepy. The kitchen in the basement is something))))) the dishes are simply “00000” in the literal sense there is nothing. People bought their own cups, plates, etc. They said they barely asked for pots and pans))) one gas stove with 4 burners. kettle, microwave working every now and then. And a large refrigerator, but it is only for those living in the basement. And let the others use it in their rooms, but I’ll say right away that the refrigerators in the rooms won’t fit anything except a couple of bottles and a plate. Not a pot of food, not a watermelon or anything else. The economy rooms are located in the basement. For them, there are showers and toilets in the courtyard (2 toilets, 2 showers) for 10 rooms, all tiled, but not very clean. If you want cleanliness, clean it yourself. There is also no rag, sponge or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The rooms are not cleaned at all, towels are not provided. Next about the distance to the sea)))) you can get to the sea in two ways, this is to Paralia, we are two adults without children, not elderly, it took us 35-40 minutes. You can take a minibus in 10 minutes (RUB 19). per person) And we walked to Pearl Beach in 15-20 minutes. So here is the most truthful review for you, the freshest cannot be fresher. Maybe, of course, my review will be deleted, for those who do not benefit from it.

The first time we vacationed was in 2015 in a studio with a balcony on Chernomorskaya. I really liked it! This is where we come every year. A kind hostess, the opportunity to take your dog with you, a dining room that opened this year - these are the components of a holiday in the south. Alexandra's guest house itself is located very conveniently; straight ahead - the future embankment of the estuary, to the right - the "magnet", to the left - the amazing "Paralia", back along the Eastern - a wonderful souvenir shop. Separately, it is worth noting Natalia Viktorovna Shevchenko. Through her work and care, living conditions in Alexandra’s guest house are improved every year. Thank you!

Everything is cool... even more than expected, I thought we'd check in as a room. But in fact, we received a lot of coziness and comfort, despite low price, a ruble for a room, very good location, I didn’t want to be close to the sea, but after the sea I would have to walk for about 15 minutes along the street with all sorts of goodies))), room with all amenities, shared kitchen, washing machine, dryer, balcony with a table and chairs, the dining room is two times cheaper than on the street...Chernomorskaya on the way to the sea, we are very glad that we chose this guest house, there is also a Sberbank ATM and a grocery store, everything is as it should be, in general, Siberia recommends)))
