Check-in for flights
Online check-in for flights with the company begins one day before departure and ends 2 hours. Baggage

Transportation of pregnant women
Pregnant women will be accepted on board after the completion of the 27th week of pregnancy only if a medical report or letter is provided, signed and stamped by a physician or midwife who, in the opinion of the airline, is sufficiently qualified, indicating the exact number of weeks of pregnancy, expected date of delivery, provided that the pregnancy is normal, with confirmation that they are able to endure at least a one-way trip. If the medical report or letter does not cover the return flight booked, another medical report or letter must be obtained. The medical report or letter must be written in English and the date of issue must be no later than seven (7) days before the departure date.
Women who are more than 35 weeks pregnant are not allowed to travel, even if they have permission from a doctor. Any return flight must be scheduled and completed before the completion of the 35th week.
For multiple pregnancies, such as twins or triplets, the airline will accept you on board for transportation until the completion of the 32nd week of pregnancy. Any scheduled return flight must be made before the completion of the above-mentioned 32nd week.
If this category of passengers provides incorrect information about the duration of pregnancy, and subsequently requires medical assistance during the flight, or the flight route is changed to provide medical assistance in connection with pregnancy, the passenger will be required to reimburse all expenses incurred by the airline in this regard.
Transportation of unaccompanied children:

Transportation of disabled people

The passenger is obliged to inform the Airline or its authorized agent about the transportation of animals (birds) when making a transportation reservation or purchasing a passenger ticket.
With the permission of the Airline, it is allowed to transport animals in the aircraft cabin if the weight of the animal with its cage (carrying) does not exceed 8 kg.
A passenger accompanying an animal (bird) when transported on Airline flights must have and present, when registering a passenger ticket, valid documents (certificates) on the health of the animal (bird), issued by the competent authorities in the field of health care, as well as other documents required by the countries of flight or transit when international air transportation.
Animals and birds are accepted for transportation on the condition that the passenger assumes full responsibility for them.
The airline is not responsible for injury, loss, delay in delivery, illness or death of such animals, or in the event of refusal to import or transport them into or through the country.
When transported by air, an animal (bird) must be placed in a packaging container (cage or basket) of sufficient size with air access.
