What is personal data

Personal data - contact information, as well as identifying information individual, left by the user on the project.

Why is consent required for the processing of personal data required?

152-FZ “On Personal Data” in Article 9, paragraph 4 indicates the need to obtain “the written consent of the subject of personal data to process his personal data.” The same law clarifies that the information provided is confidential. The activities of organizations that register users without obtaining such consent are illegal.

Read the law on the official website of the President of the Russian Federation We vacationed with our family from 03/30 to 04/06. Not enough! Next time.
We vacationed with our family from 03/30 to 04/06. Not enough! Next time - at least 10 days!! Everything is great, we'll be back. But in order. We flew from Moscow with " North wind"for 4 hours with kopecks - everything is standard, without extras. The food on the plane is more than meager (for those for whom this is important - 1 sandwich and coffee, tea, lemonade)
Pegasus met us and seated us on buses - this is where his participation in our “journey” ended.
Settlement! This is a song! And judging by the reviews - not only here. There were a lot of us Russians - on a Boeing, about 400 people (180 people in our hotel, and the same number in the neighboring Marina Plaza) And on Thursday (officially the last working day for the Arabs) They checked us in for a long time and happily, for hours 4! During this time in the assembly hall, the Russians managed to quarrel with each other several times, and the Jordanian young man, by the way, never raised his voice, did not change his face and in general - during this time the imperturbable smile did not leave his face - not once! Well done ! Our people could learn some patience from them!
Personally, we were one of the last to receive our numbers - we sat, waited patiently, and at times, of course, joined the chorus of dissatisfied people, because everyone’s nerves were raw after the flight. But - wiser compatriots - immediately went to the beach, to the sea. As a result, everyone got a room, in the lobby or in the assembly hall - no one stayed overnight! Some had problems with check-in, some with Wi-Fi (these are small things, after a four-hour wait!) Personally, we were given wonderful apartment - Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, safe, kettle, shower - everything functioned properly. Room on the second floor with a view of the sea and palm trees! Beauty!
Beauty is everywhere there - and for this alone - I am ready to forgive all the shortcomings)) Immediately upon exiting the main hall (reception) there is an amazing view of the sea and mountains - blue, huge! The hotel itself is all in greenery and flowers. Everything is very beautiful and well maintained!
Regarding food. We are not picky tourists. We always found something to eat and drink. And there was no need to look for places to eat either. But I heard reviews from my compatriots - oh, no coffee again - as always! (this means that the coffee has just finished, but you should wait a maximum of 5 minutes and it will be brought again) Oh, there are no forks/napkins/knives at the table. But - there are special girls/boys waiters to whom - if you go up and explain in your fingers what you are missing - how they will immediately correct the situation. This was not the case every time, at times the “dining room” (that is, main restaurant) were also half empty. As for the food itself - just chicken? Not true! I don't eat meat - not in any form, but I never left hungry. For breakfast - cheese, eggs, buns, sausages, yogurt. They fried pancakes and scrambled eggs - although there was a small queue for this, we didn’t take it - but we already had enough.
For lunch - there are soups, there are several types of side dishes, chicken, fish (ALWAYS - you have to look better!) lamb, salads, desserts.
And dinner is even more varied. I didn’t really focus on food, but my boys, for example, ate well and with pleasure. So - everything is fine there with food, well, if you don’t expect foie gras for breakfast, of course.
Regarding drinks - yes, worse! Only for breakfast we could pour our own coffee/tea/milk/juices. The rest of the time we had to stand in line behind them - it was inconvenient. But, it’s true, I have never seen such restrictions that 1 glass in one hand (as they say) - take at least 6 if you take it away. We had an all-inclusive package - drinks (alcohol) included vodka, whiskey and beer. Some had “super all inclusive” - in my opinion they also had wine and Fanta/Cola. I didn’t delve into it because I didn’t suffer without it.

There is also a “beach restaurant” on the beach (that’s a big word) - but they also serve drinks and after lunch snacks. No problem, you won’t go hungry, you won’t die of thirst.

Once again about the territory - large, beautiful, well-groomed. Many (foreigners, including) simply filmed this beauty around - Sea, mountains, greenery, flowers, birds)) There are really few sunbeds. But on the first day, we simply sat on the green grass, spreading out towels, because we didn’t want to spoil our vacation by searching for these same sun loungers, a needless hassle. For what? In the following days, oddly enough, we had enough sunbeds without occupying them from 6 am.

A little further from the Marina Plaza Hotel there is a stunningly beautiful bay - there are luxury yachts, shops with souvenirs, a liquor store, by the way (with a very friendly salesperson)), a self-service store, where there is everything from baby food to... fishing gear. The bay has a variety of fish and hedgehogs. My child caught these fish on a fishing line together with another child - it was a delight! (removed by moderator; unauthorized advertising)

We took a 3 in 1 excursion. These are hot springs, the Jordan River and the Dead Sea. The excursion took the whole day. But emotions now - for the year ahead! If you can visit this place again amazing country- We will try to get there again!
The next excursion is going out to sea on a yacht. It's stated as 4.5 hours, but we spent time there from 10 am to 4 pm. It's cool! This is the sea, the sun, the breeze! This is an indescribable feeling! We swam to the Japanese garden - these are corals, all kinds of fish - crystal pure water, which itself holds you! Even I - who, unfortunately, cannot swim with a mask - saw this beauty through the water, saw how the corals played with all the colors of the rainbow in the sun, how multi-colored fish darted back and forth. But - they were at a depth... I don’t know - at least 5 meters for sure!

Then there was a tank that was flooded (on purpose), also at a depth of at least 8 meters, but again - without a mask I saw this tank in its entirety - the tracks, the cannon, the open hatch.. Such beauty, such incredibly clear water.

Something like this... We went to the city of Aqaba 2 times on a special free bus from hotel. The local population is friendly, although they hardly speak or understand Russian. But we found everything we wanted, bought it, tried it, walked everywhere - explaining ourselves in broken English and using gestures.

These are the impressions. We only spent a week there - but Jordan took a strong place in my heart. I already want to go there again! I recommend this hotel and this country to those who need a truly complete vacation on the sea and sun. Who will go to appreciate the beauty around and not the service and the absence (at times) of forks at the table and sun loungers on the beach. And yet - Jordan is such a unique country. At least for now, it’s their priority indigenous people, and we, tourists, are still guests. We must not forget about this. Yes, we go there with money, but they have plenty of their own wealthy citizens - who relax at the same hotels, but do not at all show off their wealth. We need to remember that we came to visit a foreign country. And here - for a dollar and not even one - no one will tap dance in front of you. They value and respect themselves very much. I really liked that about them, by the way!

Pros:
- Good location.
- Clear sea and sandy beach.
- Excellent room (we had a Family suite), although there was no promised door between the rooms.
- Large area, lots of greenery.

Minuses:
- This is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE.
- Sneaky and boorish hotel guide(were from Coral, guide Fadi).
- Very strange “lifeguards” at the pools and at sea.
- Not good good food(both the organization and the food itself).
- Inconvenient conditions for check-in and check-out.
- There are not enough sunbeds.
- The slides worked for 5-6 days out of 10 (the rest of the time they were repairing something).
- Disgracefully organized transfer from the airport to the hotel.
- Strange concern for safety.

Read more about the disadvantages.

In the hotel, let's say, separate meals :) You won't be able to drink even what is included in this "ALL INCLUSIVE" either at lunch or dinner, because alcoholic drinks are not provided at all in the main restaurant.

Here on the beach at +30, drink your whiskey to your health.

The choice of dishes is very limited and it practically does not change. There are simply no fruits (well, except for finely chopped something in one plate and apples, which were exactly 1 time in 10 days). There are no normal salads either. There is chopped up waste from yesterday (everything in a row), a sort of salad: weathered sausage, sad cucumbers, cheese, and so on. They didn't dare try.

No coffee. There is something called "American coffee", but it's definitely not a normal Americano.

In addition, there are always not enough plates, cups, teapots, etc., and not all dishes are available (there are just empty vats/plates/trays).

Hotel guide. This is a separate story. He was recommended to us as the best of the best.

We arrived, went through all the formalities, and went out into the street (no one met us). There are no buses, everyone who arrived is crowded.

After some time, a certain man appeared and said that buses would be arriving soon. They loaded us with all the crowd and noise, since there was no organization. Then Fadi appeared on the bus, silently walked along the bus, saw that the seats were occupied, and got off. Actually, apparently he did his job this way (maybe participation in the transfer is not his function, I don’t know).

Upon arrival at the hotel, all the problems, and there were some, had to be resolved with other people, since we did not find Fadi.

The welcome meeting was scheduled for 9 am. Actually, everyone gathered at 9. Everyone except Fadi, he was 15 minutes late.

During this time the conference room was occupied, Fadi said wait, come to the conference room in 20 minutes. Okay, let's take a walk around the hotel grounds.

After 20 minutes we returned and it turned out that Fadi had already told everything to those who remained in the hall and were selling excursions.

We waited until everyone who wanted to bought it came up (we weren’t the only ones, of course). I started to talk, but then a girl appeared who decided to buy an excursion.

Fadi, of course, tried to forget about us, but it didn’t work (it almost reached the point of a scandal). As a result, in order to simply get information, the matter had to almost lead to a scandal.

Next we tried to find out when our guide was at the hotel. We received the answer: tomorrow from 9 to 11, the day after tomorrow from 19 to 20, then I DON’T KNOW. Well, in principle, it’s not scary, since there was a WhatsApp number. Only, as it turned out later, Fadi responds only to the magic words “we want to buy” and nothing else.

As a result, most of the excursions also had to be booked externally. We still don’t understand why such a hotel guide is needed at all.

"Rescuers". There are "lifeguards" at the pools and on the beach. At the pools, their job is to interfere with relaxation. Periodically, children are kicked out of the pool, periodically - just everyone (all this during official opening hours). Why - they cannot explain. They asked to call someone from the management - once a certain person came with the keys and said “swim under your responsibility.” I couldn't explain what the problem was. In the future, they simply didn’t pay attention to the whistles and attempts to kick us out.

At sea, a child (not ours) took a sip of water, people tried to shout to the “rescuer” - he appeared when the girl had already been pulled out and the woman was running after him.

Upon arrival and departure. Our check-in was in the evening. We arrived tired and hungry. We checked in quickly, although in the room for three there was only enough room for two, but this issue was quickly resolved. There was a queue at the entrance to the restaurant and the girl said “wait until there are no free tables.” After 30 minutes the picture has not changed.

Vacationers suggested that you can simply enter the restaurant from the main entrance. Why was such a mockery of the newcomers invented?

When leaving at 12 o'clock, the bracelet is cut off and you will no longer be able to drink or eat. There is no storage room.

Well, about safety. There is a "frame" at the entrance to the hotel. The fact that it squeaks doesn’t bother anyone, but the security guard will rummage through your bag.

Or he won’t dig around if he just quickly walks through the frame and picks up the bag. That is, it’s not security, but a prop, but they do tamper with personal belongings, which is unpleasant.

The hotel is five-star with an all-inclusive food system, has beautiful architecture, beautiful plant and flower decoration, a nice private beach with fine white sand at a distance of 150 m from the hotel. The sea amazes with its transparency and cleanliness; it is always almost calm and conducive to long sailing. The food is varied and interesting. All of the above fully corresponds to five stars. It would seem, relax and bliss. However, this was not the case. The hotel's engineering and maintenance services do not allow this to be done.
We arrived at the hotel and immediately asked to be given a room with two separate beds. After long negotiations, they promised to provide us with such a room in three days, but in the meantime they brought an extra bed into the room, which was not of the best quality. Three days later we were moved to a room with two separate beds and an additional third. Again it took long requests to remove the third bed from the room, as it was in the way. Three days later the bed was removed.
In both rooms we stayed in, the TV didn't really work; It will work for 5 minutes, then the program is interrupted, you need to turn on the device again. In the second room there was only one lamp; our insistent requests to install a second one led to nothing; the lamp was never installed. This hotel is not accustomed to satisfying the requests of guests.
As our Russian vacation colleagues told us (Russians, as always, are the majority among vacationers), some people’s room windows didn’t close, some people’s toilets were leaking, and some people’s hair dryers weren’t working. In our last room the beds creaked and swayed, the handle on the door to the bathroom came off.
A very unpleasant circumstance was the need to jump up early in the morning and run to the beach to occupy the sun loungers. This inconvenience is due to the small number of straw umbrellas under which the sun loungers are placed. Entering the sea is very unpleasant, because... There are many sharp stones a meter from the shore.
But the most terrible event for us happened on September 25, when the elevator with which we climbed to our third floor stopped working. In a panic, we rushed to the reception, where the employees started calling somewhere, they promised to fix the elevator in two days, but it did not start working on the day of our departure, 09/30/18. Of course, it’s easy for some young and healthy person to run up to the third floor without even getting out of breath, but when you’re well over 60 and have problems with your knees and ankles, stopping the elevator immediately turns your vacation into torture.
It is obvious that the hotel urgently needs to re-equip its fixed assets (the owners will face considerable costs). Engineering and maintenance workers, who are currently characterized by laziness and inattention to the requests of vacationers, need to change their work style. Otherwise, they must be fired.
Currently, the hotel is clearly designed for young and unpretentious people. Older people should think twice before going on holiday here.

Jordan Aqaba July 2018
Hotel
Grand Swiss-Belresort Beach Tala Bay 5*, all inclusive, departure 11.07, 11 nights/12 days - 69,800
...
Check-in was annoying with a long queue at the Reception.
Hotel guides of which there turned out to be 3 or 4, in the end, no one deigned to take us (a whole large bus to the same hotel) on the bus and general information bring
The next day, a meeting with the hotel guide was scheduled in the lobby, where everyone had arrived in advance, strangely, we were sitting and waiting, suddenly we saw some people like ours wandering off somewhere... intuitively we followed them. Through some back streets, we came to the coffee shop. Hall. Hotel guide Ramzan everything is ok. (Is that-(“Friendliness??-no, I haven’t heard...”/this is apparently considered humiliation here)
...
Pros:
1-sea, corals, pools, views, Petra, relaxation, evening dancing - everything is super! Go! But be prepared:
… ..
1. On Pegasus buses (41 degrees in the shade for a minute) There is no bottled water, no USB chargers, no WiFi and no unbroken tables
2. MusPacks in room bins are despised as a class - the cleaners don’t put them in (they steal?)... if you put yours in, they stole them away... and you can’t throw paper into the toilet... a breakdown in consciousness
3.Pedal MusBuckets in hotels, etc. In principle, they cannot be opened with a pedal
4. in the rooms there is an air conditioner without a remote control (wall-mounted only) T. E. If you please, get up every hour at night, otherwise you will get fried or faint (the temperature in them is not regulated)
5. Some guides don’t know contactless payment cards (in stores they know)
…just as bad they don’t know how which hotel free bars work
6.… guides give tours, despising basic umbrellas/flags/bright clothes (in order to find them in the crowd) have short stature and dark clothes so that they can get lost in the crowd unnoticed
7....do NOT use any loudspeakers for this
... hotel room (changed two) does not have a Sink Stopper
8....air conditioning
...very noisy
9....the staff and guides do not suffer from friendliness with a few exceptions
10....neighboring hotels are not allowed on the beaches
11...immediately behind the beach there is a very littered coastline
12. The hotel has half-dead Wi-Fi, even (especially) in the lobby
(Impressions of 1 x 2 days) while I live on)
13.Traders blindly convert prices from dollars to dinars (the dinar is more expensive)
14. The food is incomprehensible but varied. Fish and uncut fresh fruit are very rare

Accordingly, the bar can only pour water for free. Tea, coffee, juices, beer are all paid.
Number. Well, everything is simpler here. Well, it’s not a palace, of course, but you can spend the night. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean, the TV, hairdryer, and kettle work. Not very clean floors and the presence of dust can be tolerated. Here are only 2 towels. not enough.
Restaurant. Of course we weren’t hungry, but everything was somehow monotonous and very often not tasty. But this is in my opinion.
Beach. Sand mixed with stones and debris. You can’t go into the sea, or rather the Gulf of Aqaba, without shoes ( sea urchins near the shore in the stones). If you came here to the Red Sea, then you have come to the wrong address.
Territory. This is where the gardener really did his best. Everything is blooming and everything is sprouting. The beauty of the eyes pleases.
Animation. She's not just bad, she simply doesn't exist!
And lastly: during the day there are 3 bars on the territory, but 2 of them are only for a fee. There are few sun loungers by the pool. There are no umbrellas on the beach.
My opinion is that the wrong country was called Honduras. This is not 5 stars, but 2 plus.
Advice: if you decide to come here, be patient and don’t pay attention to all the negativity.

Beach. Wide enough, there were enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. Gentle approach from the shore with coral islands, slippers are required. There is a living coral reef a couple of minutes away from the hotel beach. The beauty of the reef is like in Taba.

Numbers. Corresponding to the photo on the Internet, everything worked, plasma, safe, cosmetics, bathrobes/slippers, tea sets (replenished daily). Cleaning at a high level.

Nutrition. As in Europe, in 4-star hotels, the dishes are adapted for Europeans, delicious: artichokes, crabs, shrimp, fish, meat, grilled vegetables - in abundance, without queues. There are dietary and baby food. For breakfast/dinner meals, drinks (tea, coffee, water, juices) were included for breakfast or water for dinner. The room is refilled daily with 0.5 liters of water per person. Compared with United Arab Emirates 3 stars is more modest.

Internet: wireless throughout the entire territory (including rooms and the beach) free of charge.

Service. No complaints, helpful, trying to help.

Animation. There are unobtrusive games and entertainment in Russian throughout the day. Disco in the evening.

Contingent. Russian speakers, Europeans and Arabs from Friday to Saturday. They are settled in different parts of the territory according to their nationality. They do not cause inconvenience to each other.

29.12.12-05.01.13
Travel agency "NEWS Travel"
Host in Jordan "Al-Thuraya"
Tourists 3 adults (2+1 child 17 years old)
1. The hotel room was not booked. The hotel did not know about our arrival. The accompanying driver from Al-Thuraya disappeared 5 minutes after he learned that we had problems with the reservation.
2. The room for three people paid for in Kiev, on the first floor, with a view of the sea (ALL these parameters were discussed with NEWS Travel), was replaced with a room on the second floor with a view of the roof of the first floor of the neighboring building and the edge of the garden.
3. After calls to Kyiv, long explanations at the reception, they found the number, but they said that the “settlement is temporary” until they receive information about us from the receiving party.
4. The room was equipped for two (we are three adults). After 5 hours of waiting (at about 12 o'clock at night local time) and three calls to the reception, a robe and towel were brought, after (another half hour) a bed, and even later bed linen. It takes the staff of a 5* hotel five hours to refurbish the room and do the action (bringing what you need for sleep) after each next request call.
5. The condition of the room is a separate sadness: it takes at least 10 minutes to run cold water to hot water. The toilet flush button is broken. Water does not flow in the shower (drain). The shower is dirty, there are cracks in the tiles and on the ceiling (see photo). The plaster is crumbling. The dimensions of the bathroom (shower + toilet + washbasin) are such that the half-open door rests on the front of the toilet. And the open shower door blocks the entire space. Dirty washbasin. During all 5 days of rest it was not washed even once (see photo).
6. In the morning we contacted reception with a request to change the room. We listed all the problems that we found. We were refused and told that there were no rooms available at the hotel. It was a lie, because the buildings were dark (in the evening and at night) and the dining room was only 25% full.
7. The bed linen is gray, the towels are washed, they look like they have been in use for a long time (see photo).
8. Cleaning of rooms at three levels and below: dust remains on the furniture and floor (see photo). The dust was never wiped off in our presence, this is clearly visible in the photo. The bathrooms are not disinfected. After leaving a “tip” and a note asking us to clean the room well, they laid out towel swans for us, but did not clean the room more thoroughly. The time the cleaner spent in the room was recorded - 8 minutes (30 m2). Folds the bed and partially changes the towels (there were cases when they folded back the towels we had thrown on the floor - a worldwide sign of “dirty”). Vacuum cleaning and wet cleaning are not provided in the rooms.
9. The bed is changed only upon request and a monetary reward (checked).
10. They take away the towels, but never leave full sets for three.
11. They asked me to take my robe to wash. A clean one (as a replacement) was not provided. Three days out of five there were 2 bathrobes in the room for three guests.
12. The furniture is old. The bottom of all the furniture is dirty, rotten, moldy (see photo).
New Year
13. On New Year’s Day, the traditional dinner was canceled.
14. There was no specific placement (assigned seats in the hall) for pre-paid tables at NG. They suggested that the three of us sit down on two chairs at a large table where people were already sitting. They promised to bring a side chair, and after seating all the (other) guests to move them to another table, if there was one. After refusal, they offered a table behind the stage under the music speakers, opposite the toilet and the waiters' counter (where the plates are cleared).
15. Having paid 157 dollars. per person, we learned that this price does not include drinks.
16. Waiter service was not included in the price paid. An additional invoice was issued for the service.
17. Waiter Ahmad Alkhazayumekh does not speak English. Ignored calls to him.
18. At the same time, up to 100 guests had to serve themselves (buffet). Long lines, crowds with plates, noise, scandals.
19. Music program not included in the price. A separate bill was issued for the DJ and music.
20. The concert program consisted of two national dances.
21. New Year's event promised by the travel agency - eating cold food, accompanied by drinks you brought with you, and listening to national music for 2 hours.
22. We asked the waitress to bring glasses for champagne - we waited for 25 minutes.
23. In the absence of parents, the administrator (or restaurant manager) approached the sitting child with a request to sign the parents' bill.
24. After refusing to sign an additional check (services described above) for 35,310 dinars, the service stopped altogether. The waiters, having received orders from managers, ignored empty plates with a “complete” sign.
25. The restaurant administrator of Afro-Asian appearance, walking next to us (all days after New Year’s Eve), muttered curses and insults (easily translated) and looked with a displeased, angry look.
