Map of Pattaya with condominiums in Russian. Maps of Pattaya in Russian with attractions and hotels

The sights of Pattaya that you can see on your own include a huge number of places that are always popular among tourists. There is everything for an interesting and eventful leisure time: religious buildings, beaches, excellent cuisine, a variety of entertainment, etc. We invite you to take a short sightseeing tour!

If you don’t know what to see in Pattaya on your own, start your walk from this place. The Temple of Truth is a quaint wooden structure located on the shores of the Bay of Bengal and surrounded by a huge park area.

Despite the fact that its construction, which began in the early 80s. 20th century, continues to this day, tourists come with pleasure to admire ancient Thai carvings and numerous sculptures depicting ancient mythical creatures. Would you like to know more? Go ahead.

If you look closely at the map of Pattaya with attractions in Russian, located at the bottom of this page, you will probably notice the Madame Nong Nooch Tropical Park, the territory of which occupies more than 2 square meters. km. The history of this place began with an ordinary fruit plantation, which eventually turned into a large complex.

Nowadays you can see more than 10 gardens, a unique zoo, a car park, an elephant farm, and several shows. In addition, the park has a developed tourist infrastructure, so if you wish, you can spend here, if not your entire vacation, then at least a weekend. You can find out more about Nong Nooch at.

Tourists coming to Thailand often ask where to go and what to see in Pattaya on their own. One of the must-see places is the Buddha Temple, located in the very center of the city. Without exaggeration, this temple can be called the most visited local attraction.

On its territory there are 16 divine sculptures, the main one of which is the gilded statue of the Big Buddha. The height of this monument, the construction of which took 18 years, is about 15 m, so it can be seen from all corners of Pattaya. Near the temple, small birds are sold, which are bought in order to be released into the wild and make a wish. More detailed information about the Big Buddha.

The sights of Pattaya, photos with descriptions of which adorn many tourist brochures, include one more interesting place. We are talking about the 3D gallery Art in Paradise.

The construction of this museum, which opened to the general public in the spring of 2012, cost Thai businessman Shin Jae Yeul 50 million baht. The result of such a significant investment was a huge three-story building covering an area of 5,800 square meters. m. and collected many different exhibits. Each of these paintings is in a specific thematic area - dinosaurs, art, undersea world, safaris, ancient buildings, landscapes, animals, etc.

At first glance it may seem that there is nothing unusual in these paintings, but this is not at all the case. After taking a couple of pictures, you will understand what the point is! Firstly, most of the paintings were painted not only on the walls, but also on the floor, and secondly, various shading and spatial images were used when painting them. All this creates a beautiful 3D effect, which will be best seen in the photo. It seems that the person is an important part of a particular job. Here he is running away from a herd of bison, catching a fairytale bird by the tail, climbing a magic staircase, holding an elephant by the trunk

  • The attraction is located at: 78/34 Moo 9 Pattaya Second Road | Nongprue, Banglamung, Pattaya 20150, Thailand.
  • The Art in Paradise art gallery is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can come here either as a couple or as a large group, because most of the three-dimensional paintings involve group shots.
  • The ticket price is 400 TNV for adults and 200 TNV for children.

Pattaya Floating Market

Are you interested in what to see and where to go in Pattaya on your own? Be sure to check out the floating bazaar, one of Thailand's modern attractions (it was built at the end of 2008). The market, which occupies a very small area, is divided into 4 zones, each of which corresponds to a specific region of the country.

On its territory there are about 100 shops, restaurants and cafes, between which there are bridges and boat routes. In addition, here you can watch boxing matches and national dances, buy works of local artists and get a massage. More detailed information about the floating Pattaya market search in .

If you decide to explore the sights of Pattaya on your own, take a walk along Walking Street, the most famous street in the city. It’s better to come here by 5 o’clock in the afternoon - during the daytime the avenue is open to traffic, and therefore is not of particular tourist interest.

But with the onset of evening, Walking Street becomes an exclusively pedestrian zone, within which serious passions are seething. The fact is that in addition to traditional cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, discos, cinemas, you can find a lot of purely adult entertainment here - “massages with continuation”, Go Go bars with striptease, etc. The festivities continue until 2 am, until the last drinking establishments will close, and tourists will not spend all the remaining money. For a more detailed description of this attraction, see.

What can you see in Pattaya on your own so that the impressions of what you see remain in your memory for a long time? Such objects include the Beach Road, which starts from the fountain with dolphins and runs all the way to Walking Street. As in any other resort town, the “beach road,” as this promenade is often called, is one of the most visited tourist spots. And all because it is on it that the most famous establishments of the city are located. It is crowded here at any time of the day, so it seems that Beach road never sleeps.

During the day you can swim and sunbathe on the beach (although it is not very clean), ride bananas, water skiing and scooters, feast on fresh seafood, enjoy the famous Thai massage, do “fish” peeling and also buy souvenirs for relatives and friends.

With the onset of dusk, life on the embankment becomes even more interesting. Scraps of music can be heard from nightclubs, boutique windows sparkle invitingly and shopping centers, numerous discos shimmer with multi-colored lights, the alluring aromas of cafes and restaurants are in the air, and brisk trade unfolds from street stalls. In general, there is a holiday everywhere! In addition, transvestite shows are regularly held here, so coming to the Beach road at night with children is highly discouraged.

Among the most popular attractions of Pattaya in Thailand, accessible for independent exploration, it is worth noting the Mini Siam Park. It was opened back in 1986 and almost immediately divided into 2 parts - Thai and European.

The main highlight of this place are miniature copies of the most famous cultural and historical sites in the world - the Kremlin, Pisa and Eiffel Towers, St. Basil's Cathedral, Versailles Palace, etc. It is very beautiful here during the day, but in the evening, when the LED lights turn on, the park changes beyond recognition. To find out more about him, go.

On the map of Pattaya with attractions that are worth seeing on your own, there is another route that is very popular among lovers beach holiday. The island of Koh Lan, and this is exactly what we are talking about, is located a few kilometers from the city on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand. Its main characteristic feature is 6 comfortable beaches and well-developed infrastructure, allowing you to spend several days away from the noisy metropolis. wonderful days. This island also has the cleanest water and sand in the entire bay.

You can get to Koh Larn by boat or ferry. In addition to swimming and sunbathing, tourists are offered active species sports - skydiving, diving, water skiing, paragliding and snorkeling. More detailed information is available at.

Pattaya City Sign Observation Deck

Are you on holiday in Pattaya and don’t know where to go and what to see on your own? Take a walk to the symbol of this city - the observation deck with the inscription Pattaya City, which is clearly visible both day and night. Huge letters installed on Pratumnak Hill are a favorite place for photo sessions not only for visitors, but also local residents. But this is not the only reason why Pattaya City Sign is considered the best esplanade of the resort.

Its popularity is facilitated by beautiful views, opening onto Walking Street, Bali Hai Pier, Jomtien Beaches and Pattaya Beach, as well as Pattaya Bay, which is shaped like a crescent. In addition to the letters, there are a couple more objects on the top of the hill - sacred temple Wat Kho Phra Bat and the sculpture of HRH Prince Jumborn. With all this, the observation deck has quite impressive dimensions, allowing you to avoid large cluster people.

Pattaya City Sign operates 24 hours a day. The only exception is the area where the monument to the prince is erected - it is open from 07.30 to 21.00. Visiting is free. Municipal transport does not go here, so you will have to get there either on foot, or by taxi, or by car (your own or rented). It is most convenient to climb the hill from the central part of Pattaya or the Pratumnak area. It is better to leave the car in the lower parking lot next to the tourist buses - there are very few parking spaces at the top of the hill.

Another important attraction of Pattaya in Thailand is the Ramayana Water Park, which opened in 2016 and has won the title of the most large water park resort. There are more than 50 attractions on its territory, including both extreme roller coasters and calm and absolutely safe areas for the youngest visitors.

In addition, a “lazy” river flows through the Ramayana, along which you can go down on an inflatable raft, and a wave pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, which can replace the sea. And, of course, one cannot fail to note the landscape of the park with its unique artifacts. See detailed description.

What else to see in Pattaya on your own? Finally, visit another water park - Cartoon Network Amazone, built in 2014 by the cartoon channel of the same name. It occupies a huge area, divided into several sections. Each of them contains attractions of varying degrees of difficulty - from small to extreme. At the same time, parents can be absolutely calm - children under 140 cm will not be allowed on the adult slides. In addition, the water park has a special area for surfing and other activities. water sports. To find out more about them, go.

The attractions of Pattaya delight with their versatility and diversity. They will be of interest not only to young people, but also to older people, as well as couples coming on vacation with their children. Everyone will find their favorite place here.

All attractions described in the article are marked on the map in Russian.

Going on holiday to new country, a tourist is always visited by a slight feeling of fear, especially if there is no knowledge of the language and no travel experience. “What should I do if I get lost? How to find a hotel? A map of the tourist’s holiday area can give a feeling of confidence in walking. In the article you will find detailed maps of Pattaya and its areas.

Theoretically, Pattaya is not big resort. In the very first days you will adapt and be able to find your way to the hotel without a map. But nevertheless, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the general map of the resort:

As you can observe on the map most of The resort faces the sea. By district, the city can be divided into the center - beach and second streets; the northern part - the tourist area with hotels ends exactly as shown on the map; the southern part is divided into Buddha Hill, shown on the map, and continues far to the south for about another 15 km.

City center
Pattaya

There are more hotels in the central part. On the one hand, residents of the center are lucky - the infrastructure for tourists is the most developed here. You don’t have to take a taxi, everything is within walking distance - shopping centers, markets, restaurants, cafes, Walking street - red light district, etc. On the other hand, the sea here is the most unsightly in the resort (see article Top hotels and Pattaya beaches)

The beach street faces the sea and has one-way traffic from north to south. The second street runs parallel to the beach street - but one-way traffic flows in the opposite direction - from south to north. Between the two main streets there are small jays - streets in Thai.

Also in the center, at the end of Walking Street, there is a pier from which ferries depart to the nearest island of Koh Larn. Ticket price is 30 baht, ferry schedule can be found on the map.

South - Buddha Hill and Jomtien Beach

If you look at the general map of Pattaya, Buddha Hill is located closer to the center, and the Jomtien coast stretches further south - all this is southern Pattaya.

Among tourists there are a lot of fans of Buddha Hill for holidays in Pattaya. Quite clean sea, wide beach line, prestigious quiet place, not far from the center. It is still not possible to reach the center on foot; shuttle transport for tourists can be provided by the hotel. Otherwise, taxis are available to tourists.

Buddha Hill smoothly merges into the Jomtien coastline; theoretically, it can also be divided into 2 parts - in the city and outside the city. The part of the city that runs along Jomtien Beach Street is located. Outside the city, this is the one that does not have a road along the coast. Conventionally, on the map a little further than the Sigma Hotel.

Tourists from hotels in Jomtien located in the city can use tuk-tuks running along the first beach street of Jomtien to the center. The fare is 10 baht per person (price may change upon arrival). But tourists living outside the city, unfortunately, will not be able to use route tuk-tuks, only a taxi or a bus shuttle from the hotel. But in the south of Pattaya there is the cleanest sea and a quiet and serene holiday.

North Pattaya - Naklua

The northern part of the resorts is called Naklua. This is a fairly prestigious part of the city; many 5* hotels are located here. If you are staying in a hotel on the seashore and want to go shopping in the center, you will have to take a taxi from the hotel. If you want to save money, you can walk to Naklua Street, wait for a tuk-tuk route and take it to the center. The tourist area of the northern part ends at the Garden Hotel Sea View, further north along the coast there are practically no hotels, a fishing village begins. The northern hotel “Cholchan” is the farthest from the center and is located on the outskirts of Pattaya.

When returning to your hotels in the evening, you can always use the business card you took from the hotel in advance. This will save you from unnecessary explanations with the driver and using the card. Although, undoubtedly, a few days after your arrival, you will no longer need the card!

Pattaya districts on the map

Getting around Pattaya is very easy, especially if you have it in your hands detailed map Pattaya. The entire city is divided into several districts, most of which face the sea and are the most touristy. There are only four largest areas in Pattaya: Nak Lua (in the north of Pattaya), Central Pattaya, South Pattaya, Pratamnak (the most expensive tourist accommodation here, this area is sometimes called “Russian Pattaya”) and Jomtien in the south. In addition to these areas, Pattaya is adjacent to many villages, which make up a densely populated agglomeration with a total population of more than 500,000 people.

Pattaya Central District

The noisiest and most crowded area of the city is Central Pattaya; all the free space of the streets here is occupied by street vendors, massage parlors and numerous hotels and guesthouses.

Along the beach of Central Pattaya stretch the main streets of the area, congested with traffic: Pattaya Beach Rd, Second Road and Third Road, Central Road and Pattaya Tai Road.

Contrary to erroneous opinions that say that famous street Walking Street is located in Central Pattaya - this is not true, Walking Street is in South Pattaya (this can be seen on the map of Pattaya). But nevertheless (in Central Pattaya) most of the city's large shopping centers are located in this area, the largest of which is called Central Festival.

A pleasant feature of Central Pattaya is its transport accessibility. You can get to/from the Central Pattaya area cheaply by any tuk-tuk, of which there are many, and there are even more routes.
