We are vacationing in this place for the first time, we are very pleased. We chose it on the website and called the owner Sonya. Very helpful people. All issues are resolved individually. There is always a compromise. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, high ceilings. The water is constant without interruptions. There is a balcony and a shower with toilet in the room. Not far from the sea. You can take a minibus or walk. And it’s also important to be quiet and peaceful. We like it, we’ll stay at Tamara’s. We recommend it to everyone. We rested in 2016 from 07/03 to 07/08. We really liked it... the only inconvenience was the ants crawling in the room sometimes... And everything was very wonderful... refrigerator, shower with hot water, air conditioning... We were very pleased with the conditions and rest...We want to go there again...

When I left, I promised to recommend this house to everyone))) My son and I vacationed for two weeks in August of this year. Exactly what you need! The room has a bathroom, air conditioner, refrigerator. From the window (4th floor) you can see a strip of sea)) Cleanliness and SILENCE all around! This costs a lot (city residents will understand... Wi-Fi was not relevant for us (we ourselves came with “unlimited”), so we didn’t even ask for the password. We recorded the time we spent on the road to the sea: together with the canteen (cheap!), shooting at the shooting range (my son really liked it), oxygen cocktails (every day)), and my speed (not very fast)) it took 40 minutes to get there (I remind you, along with lunch... We went to visit a colleague (she was filming, literally , a shed, but 10 minutes from the sea, near the market and various cafes with loud music with the price twice as high), I realized that I personally don’t need anything better than Tamara’s. Thanks to Sonya - a very hospitable girl)) If again in Vityazevo - then only to you!

We vacationed in July 2016. We went to relax, not to fool around, so the small room and weak Wi-Fi suited us quite well. All floors in the cottage are neat and tidy. The room had a shower, toilet, refrigerator and air conditioning. A kitchen for three rooms is quite normal. We didn't feel any cramped conditions. The yard is cozy, under a canopy. You can let your child out for a walk in any heat. There was no drinking or brawling, which is important to me. This is a quiet holiday home for a family with a child. A bit far, of course, but not critical. Walking is good for your health, if anything. The car is parked in the yard, under supervision, which is important to us. In general, if we’re in Vityazevo, then we call Sonya.

We vacationed at Tamara's in July and really enjoyed our vacation. The rooms are clean, everything is done for relaxation. The barbecue area was chosen correctly, a shady courtyard, a fountain, silence. There were not big problems with Wi-Fi, but this can all be solved. Attentive and polite owners. And the roosters add a rustic flavor and you don’t need an alarm clock to run to the sea. The road to the sea is about 10-15 minutes if you don’t stop at every stall. We advised and advise our friends to come here. For such a price it is very very difficult to find something better, believe us. This is not the first time we have vacationed in Vityazevo. We hope that we will spend our vacation with Sonya.

We were on vacation in the summer in July, we called the owners and asked if there would be a discount for children, yes, yes, everything will be. And when we arrived, the doors were closing, the children were running around screaming, one kitchen on one floor for 9 families was terrible, and they also charged the price 500 rubles and said there was no discount for children. that you pay or go live wherever you want and they said you won’t find any more places anywhere. We didn’t like it, they said we’ll never go there again.

We stayed with Tamara twice. in 2010 and 2013 last year we were with a baby. I REALLY like it - hospitable hosts, everything is clean. There is a children's playground in the yard. 10-15 min to the beach. At least there is a park, a dolphinarium, and a market nearby. shops, cafes... 20 minutes to the water park. on a minibus. in general all the conditions for unforgettable holiday!!! I recommend it to everyone!!! you will not regret!!!

When booking, I didn’t like the lack of photos of the bathroom and dining area, and also the request to transfer an advance payment to a personal card in the amount of the cost of 1 night. There was dust under the beds and it was not cleaned. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired: standing in the bathroom, you can clearly hear all the conversations from the adjacent rooms. The door would not open from time to time (the lock on the door was stuck). The pillows (2 out of 3) are unbearably hard. There are only 2 bedside tables for three beds (even if one of them is additional), although the room is designed for three. There were bugs in the room that crawled everywhere. The owners responded to any problem by ignoring it. Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets nearby. I would like to tell a separate story about how dangerous it is to return “home” late. One day we arrived at 1.30 and the house was closed. By the way, the return time is not specified in the contract. For 1 hour we did not lose hope of reaching/getting through/shouting/finishing light/finishing singing/jumping to the owners or neighbors, but all attempts were in vain. As a result, we, three girls, spent the whole night wandering around cold Anapa, where many drunk and inappropriate people walk. It’s a shame that this night had already been paid for, and the hosts’ reaction was: “it just happened, it’s an unfortunate coincidence.” And then, these words were spoken when we met by chance during the day, that is, after 60 missed calls, they didn’t even call us back. If anything, you can spend the night at the pizzeria in the park (it’s open 24/7). We found her only after three hours, and you may find her faster. The house, by the way, opens at 7 am. We do not recommend this room for those who may accidentally stay late or plan to go out at night. I think it would be great to solve the problem with access to the room at night. This is not a children's camp.
The house looks gorgeous outside and inside. Bright room as in the photographs. We hardly saw our neighbors; some rooms were empty for several days. There was a lamp and a socket near each bed. Wi-Fi and TV work very well in the room. Air conditioning, TV, small wardrobe. There is a net on the window. Small towels are provided. Bed linen was changed after 5-6 days. Cleaning is done by a maid. housemaid. The room had a balcony where you could dry your things, and it had a view of the shady alley near the house. Smoking is not allowed in the room (fine 3000 according to the agreement). There are two clothes dryers on the ground floor. The dining area has tiles, a sink, dishes and two tables that were often free. All this is available to all vacationers in this guest house. Refrigerator with freezer for several rooms, as well as toilet and shower (combined). There were no critical queues. There was soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. 10 minutes to the sea. Of all the proposed options, this was the best in this price category. The hosts offered to meet us for an additional fee. In exchange, you can use the washing machine: everything will be washed and hung for you. The owner helped us carry our things to the 3rd floor, where our room was located, and when leaving we loaded into a taxi.
