However, it cannot be said that the controversy with the formal authorities of the LPR concerned only the views of the Brain on the Ukrainian conflict: rather, it was about submission to the formal center in Lugansk and the delimitation of power in the republic.

And on Sunday, the deputy chief of staff of the DPR militia, Eduard Basurin, told the press that Kiev was preparing to send 85 sabotage groups involving foreigners to the Donbass to destabilize the situation in the region."According to our agent intelligence, 85 sabotage groups of various numbers were formed in the territory of the LPR and the DPR controlled by the occupying forces, including 19 fully staffed by foreign citizens and active members of the special operations forces from Europe, the USA, and Georgia and the Baltic states, speak Russian, "- said Basurin. The goal of the sabotage groups, in his words, is “the destruction of the transport, economic and social infrastructure of the DPR and LPR”, as well as the “liquidation of the commanders of our military units”.
Indeed, wasn’t American servicemen sent to Ukraine to train subversive groups? In any case, Ukraine already has experience in training NATO instructors for the militants of the Right Sector, which fully manifested themselves in the events on the Maidan.
I believe that the go-ahead to go to the sabotage war against Donbass Poroshenko received some time after the signing of the Minsk agreements and the defeat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under Debaltseve.
The US Department of State, who turned out to be outside the Minsk negotiating format, had the choice of either starting arms shipments to Ukraine or choosing some other tactic. The State Department preferred to initiate the tactics of organizing a sabotage war against Donbass in Ukraine.
In this case, Kiev and the Ukrainian Armed Forces formally seem to be complying with the Minsk agreements: heavy armaments for the most part are set aside, large ground operations are not carried out either - which, however, does not mean that the Kiev regime stopped the war.
Instead of shelling the cities of Donbass from heavy guns, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched mortar shelling of residential areas — and it is almost impossible for OSCE representatives to locate mortar units. And from conducting military operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the sabotage groups were transferred to the entry into the territory of Donbass.
As a result, the same Poroshenko becomes like a character from the famous Ukrainian comedy “Two Hares”: the transition to sabotage tactics allows you to continue the destruction of the hateful “Colorado” in the south-east of Ukraine, and also direct the energy of the “Right Sector” and other “cynical bander” ( staged a safari in the center of Kiev - if we mean the murder of Elderberry, Kalashnikov and many other objectionable politicians and journalists) to the same place - against the "separatists" and "terrorists" of Donbass, that is, away from Kiev.
What Donbass can oppose to saboteurs
It is difficult to fight against saboteurs in the east of Ukraine: there are no organized borders, the saboteurs speak the same language as the locals, and some of them come from the Donbass.
Moreover, since the militia does not set as its task to harm Ukraine - that is, to commit sabotage outside the Donbass, the sabotage war will, firstly, occur exclusively on the territory of the DNR-LNR, and secondly, the militia will then become defensive and only reacting side, unable to counterattack, and therefore doomed to significant sacrifices.
Thus, the tactics of sabotage and terrorist attacks can be very effective - not to incorporate Donbass into Ukraine (the chances of it melting away from day to day), but to implement the banal and despicable Nazi-Bandera revenge, because it aims at destroying vital objects and importantly, the militia leaders.
And I well understand the concern of the Plenipotentiary of the NPT, Denis Pushilin, who considers the murder of Alexei Brain a planned provocation of Kiev, aimed at "shaking the situation" in the Donbass "from the inside."
From my point of view, the transition of Kiev to sabotage attacks against the Donbass in principle makes it impossible to preserve the region within Ukraine. And if so, then the militia and, by the way, Russia must untie their hands to render a hard rebuff of various kinds to bounty hunters.
I believe that the leadership of Donbass is obliged to immediately begin the construction of the controlled borders with Ukraine and mobilize the population of Donbass to patrol cities and towns. However, the militia know it without me. Another thing is that this is not enough.
I think that the leadership of the DNR-LC should consider the possibility of organizing retaliatory sabotage actions on the territory of the enemy. And besides, the organization of Kiev terrorist attacks in the Donbass is the case when the UN troops and the CSTO peacekeepers should appear in the zone of contact between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Militia.
